The aides know my mother very well, are familiar with her needs, and they notify me if there is any problem. Med Techs are on top of medications and the nurses are on top of doctor requests. No complaints on the maintenance. I never see anything out of place or needing to be repaired in the halls. Mother likes the food there, and the servers treat her kindly, they are polite and helpful. I think the managers are pretty good people. Mother is comfortable in her apartment and safe too, and we're getting a good value for the money.

I have not been here that long but I think the place is great. The dining experience is great, no problems, housekeeping is fine, and maintenance seems pretty good.

It is one of the highest paid costs for a community but it is worth it. Management communicates with me well and they are always there. If my friend isn't happy, she has options where she eats. The menu is very diverse and the service is excellent. The activities are pretty diverse and they give the residents the opportunity to leave the community on tours and to go shopping. I appreciate that. It gives them a chance to get away from the monotony of being in the community 24/7. Whenever I have concerns, housekeeping is always willing to listen and to correct any issues. They are really good at emptying the trash cans. They are great with the laundry. The building is very clean and very well maintained. She has been very happy with the transportation. She says the vehicles are very comfortable and clean. The caregivers are consistent with the resident’s medications. They are good at communicating with me and the doctor. That puts my mind to ease because the communication is so fluid. The staff at this community is awesome and really good.

I am the one who encouraged them to go and check it out and move there. What I have seen in regards to management is excellent. They respond quickly to requests. The food is excellent. I like their menu specials. Their chicken is amazing and their hamburgers are the best I have ever had. The portions are reasonable. I think my parents are enjoying the activities. Housekeeping does a nice job. They are not as needed in my mom's apartment. They come in and do the things that my mom asks them to do. They are helpful and non-intrusive. I think highly of this community.

The community is very well managed. The serving people in the dining room are very good and the food is excellent. They have a very nice selection to choose from; it is restaurant quality. They go over and above what you might expect. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds looking nice. They are replacing some carpet here and there. They just redid the dining room and they did a good job. The people they have on the care staff are very good and do an excellent job.

We chose this community because we had a family member in a sister building and had a great experience with them there. Mom is doing great here, she is happy, she is clean and we are very happy with the care she is getting. The desserts look pretty darn tempting in the dining room. Mom doesn't have any teeth and every time we have been there she has had a meal that she can eat. The staff is all so kind and patient with all the residents. I think the activities are great. It is hard to keep up with her. When we stop in unexpected she is always off doing something. They keep her busy, busy, busy from morning to evening. She seems to enjoy it very much. There are nice flower gardens and fall colors and textures for them to enjoy when we take them on a walk outside. We are very happy with it.

We chose it for my mother becuase it had the nicest amenities that were specific to her needs. The Activities Department does excellent. Mom has already played bingo and they have fun. They have been having lots of fun. Houskeeping has been great. The grounds and common areas are beautiful. They are so over the top great to her in the care department.

My husband built part of the building and knows the family that owns it, so we moved my mom in. Management has been responsive, very patient, and super helpful and nice. Dining is fabulous and housekeeping has been going well so far. Maintenance was really nice. It’s a beautiful place, it's uplifting. It's a great place.

My dad enjoys the activities, they've been consistent the few years he's been there. They take dad on rides, and he says the drivers are pleasant. The housekeepers are good, timely, friendly, and they take care of things. Definitely no problems with apart cleaning or the laundry. The caregivers are pleasant and treat him with dignity. We're satisfied, overall I don’t really have any complaints.

I certainly couldn’t be happier with my apartment and I am so thankful I can afford to live here. I have always gotten a response and help from management when I have needed it. They always have cheerful attitude. The things I have participated in from the activities department I have enjoyed very much. The housekeeping is excellent. My lady does a wonderful job. I think The Quarry has made it a priority to respond to the wants of the residents.
