Overall everybody has been great. They've got great activities. My dad is gone all of the time and I've seen the calendar to know they offer a lot of good stuff. I think the dining is pretty darn good. The have good service and friendly people. The management I have dealt with seem to be doing fine. My dad is happy, so I'm happy.

I have lived at The Quarry since June of 2017. Every time I ask for help, I get it, so management has been helpful and happy to try and get an answer for me. There is plenty of activities going on. Every time I need help with something in my apartment, there is always a maintenance person that comes to my rescue. I am overwhelmed how nice and conscientious they are in getting me to my appointments and getting me home. The bus driver Bill gets me home safely takes my arm and brings me to the elevator, so I am just so grateful for that service.

They have a great variety of activities and we like them. The activities staff is caring and does a great job. The maintenance of the building is very good. We are happy with our apartment and they keep it up. The transportation is superb and they do a great job at taking us to places. They look out for us when we go somewhere. My wife gets some care and it is very good. It's a very good place.

Most of the time the meals are good. The kids that work there are wonderful. I get everything that I want done and the people in housekeeping are very kind. They keep the building and my apartment pretty nice. The consistency of the transportation is very good. I do not use the activities much because I have too many things going on, but there is a good variety. I have nurses come in and check on me. They are doing fine. I think it is great and I've already recommended it.

The help, activities, and housekeeping have been very good. I have a great housekeeper. The maintenance of the building is very good. They are very efficient and very fast. I know it is spendy and there are less expensive places I could go, but I am not leaving. I am staying here. I'm happy.

I think the administration staff is usually pretty responsive to resident's needs and wants. The food is good. They have the regular menu you can choose from. They have a lot of activities for the residents there. Both of my parents are happy with the amount of activities offered. Overall it is clean. They take care of things quickly. Everything is well-maintained. The transportation department takes care of the residents and make sure they get where they need to go and make sure everything is safe. They make sure his needs are met and he is taken care of. They look out for him. Overall, I think everyone is usually knowledgeable and responsive.

The food was great. My mother's favorite part of the community was some of the people who waited on her. She used Transportation once in a while. It went well and was very good. While she was at the community the housekeeping and maintenance always went really well. It was a good place for her during the time it was needed.

The day-to-day staff is very kind and respectful. I love that they know my dad and make an effort to interact with him. They do a really good job maintaining the building. He loves the food. He also loves the activities; he is in the Reflections Program and just loves that. He's probably happier now than he's been for most of his life.

Overall, we are happy here. We don't want to move. The care person who comes in to help my wife is excellent. I still drive but I used the transportation when I first got here. It was very helpful. It was excellent. We like the musical events. My wife enjoys Stitch and Chat. Austin does a good job putting on different activities for different levels. I would strongly recommend it. It is a great location.

The management staff was very good when my husband was moving out, working with me, able to compromise. There are many activities, more than I can take advantage of. They share a calendar every month. The staff in the dining room was great and the food appeared to be good. I commend them for the cleanliness and ambience of the whole place. I think they did a good job taking care of him.
