Reflections Retirement Community

My wife did a lot of checking in a lot of places and we felt for the money it was very good value. Anytime we have asked for any help with my Dad management is right on. If we have any questions about pricing or anything they stop everything and help us. My Dad loves the food. Everything on the menu he likes. The maintenance staff does a good job and is right on it if my Dad needs anything. The care staff is very responsive when called upon.

Any questions I have had so far have been answered by management quickly and in a timely manner. My father really likes the food and his apartment is sufficient for what his needs are at this time. He had an incident one night and someone was in right away when he called for help. The changed his bedding and washed it and had it back to him the next day. He has only been here for a little over a week but he seems well adjusted and very happy. He says that all the staff is very friendly and there to help the residents. That is nice to hear and I feel that way too when I am there.

Management is pretty easy to get a hold of, and they're willing to give advice on how to handle certain situations. The healthcare staff is respectful and accessible, and they do a really nice job with making sure my father gets what he needs. He uses transportation services with activities and with some assistance for doctor appointments, and it's been satisfactory. The maintenance staff is very quick, and they explain why they do something a certain way. His housekeeper knows his name and asks different questions, so it's almost like a visit where she just happens to grab the trash. They have men's breakfasts every once in a while, and they have great activities throughout not only the holidays, but the rest of the year as well. They have different choices on the dining menu, and he enjoys them. All in all, the apartment is very nice, and he feels both safe and comfortable at the community.

It is unique in what they offer for the price, the quality of the people and accommodations. It is a combination of people who live there out of choice. They found that it is a nice place to live because they want to, not because they have to. It gives more dignity to someone like my brother who has to be there. It is perfect and been an answered prayer for him. We consider the value very fair. He likes the three meals and never has a complaint about them. We had lunch there when he moved in. It was nice, well run and the servers were congenial. We liked the setup and comfort of it. It is the highlight of his day. The building is beautiful. I was impressed the first day we came because the landscaping was kept up. I always consider that an indication of how things are kept up. The interior seemed to be up to date. When we moved our brother in there they said they would do everything they could to keep him independent as long as possible. We have found that to be true.

My father in law was in bad shape when he first went in, but he is probably in the best self that he has been in for years. Transportation has been very accommodating with getting him back and forth to doctor appointments. The healthcare team always call us with any question or concern and if he requires attention, we discuss what is going on, options and his opinion. I don't recall him having any maintenance issues of any type and the apartment is working out very well. His room is very nice and it's overlooking a fountain, which he loves. Housekeeping come in regularly to take laundry and they change the sheets on his bed. I follow their Facebook page to see what they do, and they have a lot of good activities planned. The food is good, he is eating well, and they seem to take into consideration diet as well. The one word he always says to me is that he feels safe. All in all, he really enjoys the staff there, the social aspects, and the other residents there, so it's been good.

I feel really comfortable with him being there. I know that sounds like a simple statement, but I trust them and know he is safe. I know they like him, and that is important to me. The management staff responds very quickly if I have a concern or if dad has a concern. They have kind of become family. It isn't just a job for them. They are always doing something in activities, and it is something he would be interested in. The housekeeping has been great. Maintenance has responded the same day and followed up the day after. The housekeeping does great. I've seen the menu variety, and I like it. My dad loves the vegetables. The dining staff is great. They are very patient. It is a good value.

My apartment is surprisingly good. Housekeeping is excellent. She comes in weekly to clean and does a very thorough job. I have had no issues with laundry. She folds it nicely. They do a good job with food and dining, and the activities are very good. I find the personnel to be very efficient and thorough. I am very satisfied with management and staff. My daughter found out it's the cheapest pace in town, so the value is good.

My mother loves the food and she likes the menus that they send out so she knows what she will be eating that day. I would say keep up the good work. I wish there were more places around like this. I think my mother is totally satisfied with it, or she wouldn't be there. My mom loves the girl that cleans, and there are no issues with the laundry service. I know that there are lot of activities, and she participates in some. She is very impressed with her living facility. She loves her apartment. Everything works really well for her. She definitely feels safe and comfortable there.

The servers are fantastic. The menu variety is good. They have exercise three times a week. They have bingo two sometimes three times a week. They have groups come in and perform. I would say the activities are pretty good. They do sweep fairly often. His laundry is done every week. It is hung up and put away. Maintenance is great. The care staff are very good and very attentive.

I use the housekeeping and she is very good. She comes every Wednesday. Maintenance has always been right there to see that things are done when I call. I've been here about a year, and I don't have any complaints. I am very happy here. I love my little apartment.
