Management has handled the covid thing really great and have been super responsive. When I have been there the food has always been very good and the dining service is more than adequate. They all know my mom's name and what she likes. She does some activities and seems happy with the ones she does such as happy hour. She is happy with the housekeeping staff and knows when they will be there. She looks forward to it. When she has had issues the maintenance has been right there to take care of it. This community charges a lot less than other places around so I would say it is a good value.

Management is very responsive, the housekeepers are very good and maintenance is very good. They are very responsive on damages they have had from other things like hurricanes. The caregivers check on her consistently. They are very friendly and call her by name. I think the value is very good compared to other places in the area.

The management at the community is responsive when I have a question. My sister is happy with them and she is difficult to please. They are pretty amazing there. The activities are great. I am always impressed with all of their options and how hard they work. Kim the activities director is fantastic. They have a good variety of activities. There are also enough outings where they leave the community. Every time I go there I am impressed with how clean things are. The maintenance is good and her apartment is well maintained.

Management is responsive to our needs and they are delightful. I love the changes they have made and I appreciate the entire team. The dining service and housekeeping is wonderful. We have had wonderful experiences with maintenance when mother has needed help with various things. The maintenance people are kind and get everything done when mother needs it. They are doing a beautiful job with the building and are doing a lot of revamping and it looks great. The caregivers have been wonderful and what they do is wonderful. This community is affordable. I belive it is a wonderful value and I feel very good and feel she is very secure here. I am totally confident in the team that is here to take care of my mom. I love that my mom can be somewhere where she is being cared for when I can't get there. That is everything to me.

I am very happy with the management. They are sympathetic, caring and go above and beyond. I am very happy with their team. The dining service is very good and my father is comfortable with the food. He is happy with the activities, plays bingo every single day that they have it and they have a fair amount of outings. He is fine with the housekeeping and maintenance has a good response time. We are happy with the care and from what I know the value is good.

When we first moved into the facility everybody was very helpful and informative. They put me at easy about the situation and worked with me and my Mother. The care staff have been really good with her and attentive. I am thrilled about the place because everyone is so sweet and kind. I'm very happy!

We have been at the community a year or so, and my grandmother is very happy with it. We are very happy too because it's honestly a great place with great food and great care. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. The housekeeping and laundry services are fine. She likes their activities because there is enough with a good variety. She loves the dining and thinks the food is really good. It's like a restaurant with attentive staff that remember your name. The management team has been very helpful, polite, and pleasant. All in all, she feels safe and comfortable and the price is where it should be because they do have a lot of staff. The value is very good.

We chose this community for my mother because it's literally down the street, but I looked at a lot of other places that were more expensive and even for $1,000 more, they can't touch the care the residents get here. There is plenty of healthcare staff, and it's amazing to see how sweet, kind and caring they are. They have just remodeled the place, so the building is beautiful and clean. The food is excellent, everyone in the kitchen is so friendly, and she loves the variety offered. Management was fantastic and extremely personable during the move-in process. The apartment is perfect, and it's so much bigger than most other places we've looked. Overall, it's a great staff, and it's been incredible. She feels safe and comfortable at the community.

I haven't had any problems with the care. The staff is respectful. Nothing in the apartment is broken, and the maintenance staff have helped with the TV a few times. They seem to have the housekeeping down. The activities seem very good. My dad likes the dining, and he says the wait staff is great. The management seems to be well equipped for what they have to deal with. All in all, the value is a fair deal. You get a lot for the cost, you get good service, and the accommodations are perfect. He feels safe and comfortable, and I wish I would have found it when we started.

The management is phenomenal. They are accommodating to our needs. The maintenance staff responds any time they are needed. They are Johnny on the spot. The med techs are great and give him his medication right on schedule. The care he gets here is good.
