He's really enjoyed the meals there. Also, I think the activities director does a great job. The transportation services are great. They really work with me well on that. I think it's a little expensive but it's worth it… I mean, he's happy here so I guess I shouldn't even say that.

I was very pleased with the administration and the care at the community Weekends and nights were good and very well attended. The care staff weas very helpful and the maintenance department fixed things promptly.

The care staff are kind and professional. They care about my mom. The maintenance man, Joe, is awesome. Everyone is just so responsive. There is a nice variety of activities, and they're trying to offer the residents interesting things to do. The food is healthy and good. The management team is responsive and kind. Considering all things, my mom is getting a good deal. I'm grateful for the quality of care we receive.

My sister is very picky about food but every time I have been there she has eaten her food and they have menus that I can look at to see what my sister is eating. They have good and wholesome entertaiment here. When I visit I see them playing bingo and they have music. They have some good activities. The care is excellent and there is some good staff here. I think they are blessed to have the employees that they have. They have some exceptional people working here.

Tara and Lynn were extremely good to work with. They were a good team. I had a lot of confidence in both of them. My mom always had clean clothes, and I never saw them stacked up or saw piles of clothes laying around needing to be washed. The room was always clean. John in maintenance did an extremely good job. Things were always taken care of, and I was happy with the condition of the building. I could walk in anytime or call and ask how my mom was doing. The care givers let me know if there was something I should know about that was going on. They were excellent to work with. It was a team relationship. The training and cooperation and the customer service of the staff was utterly fantastic.

She has always been taken care of and has always been happy in there. The place is always clean. My whole family, we can't say enough about how good they are, especially in the memory care.

The upkeep of the rooms and building is good. They are redoing some of the apartments and working on repainting some things making it look even better, and it looked good before! We're quite happy with the staff and we know she's safe and secure there.

They do what they say they are going to do. It is a nice and attractive facility. The management staff have been top notch. The dining is fine. They play games in activities and games are important to somebody like my mother. All in all, it has been good and I hope it continues.

Two years ago I researched several communities for my brother and this one is 100% more than I expected. I am always telling people about his place. I have no concerns, everything is always so neat and tidy. Everyone always seems to be in a good mood and offers to help if any situation needs it. The community is always spic and span as well. The value is absolutely phenomenal. I just wish there were more communities like The Renaissance, I really do. They go over and above to meet people's needs and help you feel safe and secure.

I think the price is very reasonable for what they do and her room is great. Management is good, the food is great and the housekeeping is good. They have great activities and the maintenance is great. The building doesn't stink and Veronica does a good job with the transportation. The staff treat my mother with respect and are nice.
