The Reserve at East Longmeadow

Management is doing a phenomenal job. The activities are good, they look forward to them. Overall I've been quite happy.

Anything I had concerns with they dealt with it relatively quickly if not immediately. The building was new, the rooms had windows with good natural lighting. The bathrooms are large even though they were shared, I thought they were fine. They do their best to interact. They have a room for movies where they would play period type movies for them. I think they did a great job with activities. The gals that came in to do the cleaning a couple times a week did a good job. I give them high grades for handling any issues that came up out of the ordinary. Brenda, Sarah, Ellen, Nicole and those staff members that was directly involved did an excellent job with Mr. Coffman. They were very respectful. They were accessible to explain any issues. I interacted a lot with 1st and 2nd shift and they did a great job of caring for him on a regular and routine basis. Then when things went awry they stepped up and took care of things very well.

The management team is very professional and caring. Healthcare staff do a really great job and go out of their way to make my mom happy. The apartment is in good shape and they like to keep people very busy, which is a good thing. Their transportation service is a great thing and my parents feel both, safe and comfortable, so the value is definitely there. They're competitive with other places and they're getting really good services, along with the care they need, which is the important factor.

My Mom decided that it was time for her to move to assisted living and I have been very happy that she did. I can sleep at night now. My life is better and her life is better. The care givers are great. They go out of their way to be nice to my mother. They bend over backwards to be there for her. Everything is taken care of. The maintenance staff go out of their way to talk to my mom and they make her feel comfortable. Anytime there is problem that she tells them about it they take care of it. My mom has been there for three years and the building doesn't even show any signs of wear and tear.

The healthcare staff call me and are on top of things immediately. The maintenance of my loved one's apartment and building is wonderful. They offer activities to the residents and he loves the food at the community. Everyone in management is responsive and he feels both safe and comfortable living there. Transportation has been excellent and the driver is courteous, which is a blessing. Overall, we'r every satisfied and most importantly, he is, which is what counts.

Overall, I think it is a great place to be. It is clean, it is comfortable, and everybody is personable. It is a nice place. Management has been very good to me. If I have any concerns I go to them and they make it better.

We moved out my aunt because she required a higher level of care, but she felt comfortable and safe at the community. The dining experience was satisfactory and my hats go off to their Nurses because they were fantastic. The maintenace man was great, everything with transportation was fine and the Activity Director really brightened up the place. Overall, they were all very hard workers, so the value was good.

They did the best they could to accommodate all the changes in his health. I think they are on top of things and were very responsive. They are respectful, available and Jordan has an open door policy with his staff and he extends that to family. My husband ate the best he ever ate there. I felt they had good nutritional meals that were well balanced. They changed up the menu so they never ate the same thing. His apartment was immaculate and the cleaning was great and the bed changing was wonderful. The maintenance were above and beyond. It was a good experience. They really get what goes on there and the residents needs. They meet every morning and discuss residents individual needs so when I would come in in the morning they would tell me what they discussed in the meeting. They are very responsive to the individual needs and that is what I would tell anyone that they would be getting there.

Everyone on the staff went out of their way and that's unusual in this day and age. The Executive Director came out and met me personally on the first day and I have a rapport with them. Everybody is very responsive, they're doing great. Everything in the room is very nice, it's perfect, and the building is gorgeous.

It seems like they do a pretty good job with it, so the place looks nice. The healthcare staff know my dad and how he does things, so they're doing a good job. Management staff is respectful, available and answer my questions if I need anything. My father is enjoying the food and the dining service is accommodating, so overall, they do a good job and he is in pretty good hands. He wouldn't be there if we didn't think so.
