The Reserve at East Longmeadow

There are great activities; I have seen some of the music that they bring in and they do that once a week. When you go in the place it is very clean and when I look at the place everything is well cared for. I can see the maintenance man always at work and he even does some of the gardening. I am pretty pleased with all the people that care for her. Everyone that I talk to is really good about following through. The people that are there are wonderful people and she has an excellent nurse by the name of Nicole who is my go to person. She knows my aunt inside and out.

We're happy with the value received and my uncle's apartment is very functional. Management seems to always be friendly and responsive to our needs. The building is still new, so everything looks pretty good there and the housekeeping staff come in consistently. The dining is great and they have been accommodating to my uncle's tastes, so I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place like that.

I told the Executive Director that every single person on the staff has a passion for it, and you can see it. It's not the place that is so wonderful, it is, but rather the people and I am just so amazed that they have the patience and energy every single day. The value and care is beyond, so the community brings me so much enjoyment.

I think the price at The Reserve is very fair. I feel like it is a good value. I am very happy and my mom is also. The staff in the dining room is so nice. I think they offer a lot of activities. My mother is starting to do stuff and that makes me very happy. My mother is pretty meticulous with cleaning and she loves those housekeepers. The maintenance guys will come right over when she calls and have been very nice. She tells me she calls them when she can't get the TV on and they come right over. There have been a couple times when she had a stomach ache and the care staff was right there. They have been great.

My parents feel like this is their home and I feel like the price is a good value. I think the food is fantastic and the staff is very accommodating. My parents are always busy with something which is good that they are kept busy.I ask for something to be done once and it gets done. I don't think it gets better than that. This community looks really good, tidy and clean and the transportation has worked out well. I never feel like someone is going to take something out on them or ignore them. That is the number one important thing. The staff always knows where the residents are and that is wonderful.

Overall, I thought the community was very good and they were helpful towards the end as my father's condition changed. The care was good and the community looked excellent.

I think it is a really good facility. I would definitely place my mom there again. I am pleased with it and she is too. My mom never has a problem with the food and she likes it. They have a lot of things to do in activities. They have a lot of options for people. It is a very neat, clean and fresh smelling facility. They do a good job maintaining it. Any concerns I have brought forth to management they have addressed them.

They have accommodated for my fathers needs and they understand the situation. Anytime I reach out to the management, they have been terrific. They return calls, emails. They do wonderful entrees and the food is good. The activities director is unbelievable. They do a lot for their residents. It is a wonderful place.

We were trying to find the right place for her. We picked the Reserve and we liked that she has her own room and she shares a bathroom with only one person. They have been amazing. We are very happy with them. My mother-in-law is difficult to take care of right now. But, they are wonderful. Everything is very good with the housekeeping. There are no complaints. They set up the TV and they were very prompt doing that. The building is very nice. There is one nurse there that is very, very caring and she is trying to teach her this thing in the wheelchair. The caregivers go above and beyond. They are right there to help her. They are very respectful and very patient. They are just wonderful. Regarding activities, They bring her up for her activties and I encourage them to do that. Amy is very good about including her. They had flower arranging and it was nice to see her doing something.

The Reserve was great, the staff was very accommodating, it was a nice experience, we just had to find a place more suitable for my mother at this time. Management was on top of everything, everything was very organized and we got a heads up on whatever activities were going on, if there was an outbreak of the flu, I thought they were good, they had their stuff together. The dining was all very good, they catered to my mom, they knew what she liked and things were ready when she showed up. She liked a lot of what they did, bingo, the musical people that came in, the staff went to her room and asked her if she wanted to go, so that was good. Maintenance was always there to take care of any issues; she was always impressed with the grounds crew.
