The Reserve at North Dallas

It's a great value and the staff is very friendly. Everybody knows everybody and it is a really friendly place. The apartment is cleaned and it happens once every two weeks, and the maintenance is perfect. When you call somebody shows up and they fix it. I also use the tranpsortation often and the drivers are friendly. Within 30 minutes when you call the driver he picks you up and it is very good. I'd recommend this community to others!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the community. They have put the resident's safety number one during the COVID19. They locked the place down as quickly as possible. They looked towards meeting the resident's needs as much as possible. The staff is very warm and welcoming and very accommodating to anything we have asked or needed for him. I think they are wonderful. In regards to the dining, the Bistro is great there and they have a lot of great sandwiches there. Any time we have asked for something from maintenance they have taken care of it immediately. They have done great things on that end. The shuttle service is great because he is in dialysis three days a week and it has worked out so that someone there can dirve him and bring him back. They offer so many different things…there are meals, there are activities, there are car services, there is someone at the front monitoring who is coming and going. I feel safe and I feel that he is safe and well looked after living there. It gives me peace of mind.

The people are very friendly, the housekeeping is good and the maintenance is excellent. The building looks pretty nice. We have plenty of room in our apartment and we do feel safe and comfortable.

The management team is responsive, friendly and they are doing a great job. The food is good and the dining staff is really friendly. Housekeeping does a pretty good job cleaning and maintenance is fine. They are very responsive. My parents have a nice apartment with two bedrooms. For what we are paying they are getting a great value.

Management has been really helpful in doing what they can for my dad. The food itself is very good, the dining service is great and housekeeping is fair. They have been working really hard to help my dad's situation. I think they should be commended for that.

If something is broken maintenance comes up right away to fix it and the staff have been accommodating and bring her to her doctor appointments. My mom seems to be very happy here.

Roselyn in management is so patient. I had my list of what mother is concerned with and she followed up despite dealing with a lot of people and move ins. She really is meticulous in trying to make sure things are done right and that the residents are happy and understand everything that is available to them. She does a fantastic job. The condition of the building is very good. I am really happy with it and I am comfortable. My mother loves the dining. The food is fresh and the staff bends over backwards for all of the residents. The food is delicious and mother loves it.

The care staff is fantastic with my mom. They do a great job and are very sweet and kind. The building is kept up, especially since the renovations have been done. My mom seems very pleased with the food. There is always a really good selection. Michael is fantastic to deal and work with. He is great with my mom. I feel my mom is very well taken care of, and overall, we are very pleased there.

The staff is amazing, all of them. They have been so helpful to me and other residents. I can't say enough about them. Every night in dining, there is something to choose from. The waiters and waitresses work their rear end off. It is really good. The driver is very professional and a really nice man. The maintenance team is wonderful. The young lady that takes care of my housekeeping every two weeks is wonderul. I look forward to her coming.

It's great to have staff that are so helpful. Everyone is accommdating, pleasant, and quick to help out. I'm pretty happy here. The housekeeping girls who come in are very good. I believe the place is managed well.
