The Reserve at North Dallas

This community was chosen for me because my daughter had looked at several places, but she said this place was the best. The building is beautiful, and the housekeeping people are so wonderful. They give me notice, and they are very kind. There is a good variety of activities, and I had a good time at the drum circle. The food is unbelievable and five star gourmet. Whoever it is that runs the dining is absolutely fabulous, and the servers are glorious people who are so pleasant and sweet. I haven't had trouble with management, and I am very comfortable here. All in all, I can't say enough good about everything at the community. I wish I was 21 years old, but other than that, things are great.

At this point, I'm very happy. The housekeeper did a wonderful job and cleaning my sheets and replacing them. They offer a lot of activities, and I'm very pleased with the variety. The food is very good, and the servers are good. The management team has been very responsive to my individual requests. At this point, the value is really good.

When we talk about nursing home we think of a sad place. But when I came into the community and saw everyone smiling and talking I realized it's a living place. A wonderful living place. Everything that was promised has been delivered.

I think it is good value for the price . His apartment is lovely and he loves it. The activities calendar is well planned. He likes the food and thinks there is a good variety. The maintenance staff is great. They always help my dad when he needs something. I think the building maintenance is great. I think the management is very good. They have gone above and beyond. Dad likes them, and he knows them.

It is a great place, and I enjoyed my time. I made many friends with employees, management, and many people that lived there.I miss it. The people providing the transportation service are outstanding. John, te maintenance man, has done a wonderful job with the crew. They have been amazing. Holly, the activities director, hit the ground running when she came. She brought more things in. There are different things like jewelry making, card making, and movie night. You name it, and you can find it there. The chefs try to please everybody. I find the food delicious, andI definitely miss it. The management team worked very hard. They continued to improve.

The housekeeper is lovely. She is so nice and accommodating. She did everything. She cleaned, she changed my linens, and she washed my linens. The dining service is wonderful. It couldn't be more wonderful. You look up, and they're standing right by you ready to help. They are right there with anything I need. From the minute I walked in, I met everyone. The management couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. They explained everything to me. It's been that way ever since I came in. Anything I've needed, they've been there to do it for me. I'm getting so much. I like my apartment very much. I'm very comfortable. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat. I love it. I've been here two weeks, and everything is lovely. The people that work here are absolutely wonderful, from the cleaning lady all the way up to Michael.

The staff all have made me so comfortable here. If I ask about anything they are right on it as far as contacting me right back with an answer to my question. They have done an excellent job. As soon as I told them I needed something done they had the maintenance people come right up. I use the transportation for errands and I really enjoy being on it with the other residents. We all had a good time. The driver was really nice. I am enjoying my stay and I am loving meeting other people. Everyone has been lovely, even the residents.

Management is very satisfactory and the dining service is fine. The activities are very nice, housekeeping is fine, maintenance is very good and the transportation is fine. I think the value is pretty good and I love my apartment. It is wonderful.

I am a huge fan of the front desk, they are my go-to and always available and cheerful, and they always can solve a problem or find an answer for me or my loved one there. Housekeeping always does a great job and maintenance comes quickly when you need them. The scheduling, communication, and availability of the in-house transportation service is top notch. It's a good value.

I think they do a really good job with the transportation services. The drivers are very polite. Everything seems to go well. I think the maintenance does a great job. I think they try their best. The housekeepers also do a good job. They have been really pleasant to work with and certainly try to give their best. The activities are quite varied. They seem to bring in new activities and suggestions for doing new things. I enjoy the way they are incorporating activities concerning people's pets. I think the dining department does a good job with what they have. Management does a good job. I think we get what we pay for. We get a variety of things. I think everyone is usually very polite, and they do their best to try to help you. I really have no complaints.
