The Reserve at North Dallas

Everybody in the transortation department is wonderful. They're a blessing to the Reserve. The maintenance department is really good. All you have to do is call the front desk, and they'll be there within 24 hours. Holly is doing a really great job on the activities. The menu is varied from day to day. I think they're doing a really good job about the food. As far as my husband and I are concerned, we're in good shape.

The dining has been pretty good and the calendar is full of activities to do. She has done some shopping. and the transportatoin service works well for her. For basically room and board, I think it's a great value. It's a nice, clean place. She likes her apartment, feels safe, and is adjusting to the lifestyle pretty well. All in all, management has done everything they said they'd do and she is pretty happy there.

The Director of Residential Services, Michael, is wonderful. He's efficient, he cares about his residents, he's very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable there. He looks out for her and I really appreciate it. The maintenance crew goes out of their way to help her when she has questions. She uses the shuttle from time to time and Eddie is very nice and professional. I am satisfied for sure. I think it's a wonderful facility with great amenities and great staff.

He uses the transportation services a lot and it's been very good.

I'm absolutely thrilled to be here, it's splendid, I'm very happy. The management is unbeatable, I've never seen anything like it before. They treated me so good and kind. I love the food, I've been here for four weeks and haven't had anything he cooked that I didn't like, everything is just over and above.

It was just lovely there and we recommend it to everybody. We were there throughout an emergency, and everyone was remarkably good. All of the staff in the assisted living were just wonderful not only in their efficiency, but their kindness. The food was good too.

I chose the community because I loved all the activities they offered. The people I have met there, the staff, and the food is excellent. Management has been very helpful, they've all been good. Everything has been great as far as the food goes and the service.

The food is wonderful, the management staff is wonderful, and the residents are wonderful. The staff has been very kind as I get used to the community. I love my apartment and believe I will be very happy here. Well worth the price!

We chose the community for dad because it was much nicer than where he was and the staff is much more educated and competent. I feel like the managers been really good, responsive, and respectful. My sister has eaten there and says the food is good and dad does like the service a lot. Maintenance has done a fine job on some work orders. The value is really good, the activities look amazing to me, and he is safe and comfortable.

Management does a good job, the food and dining service is very good and the activities are pretty good. There is always something going on and maintenance is very good, quick and efficient.
