The Reserve at North Dallas

Management is respectful and helpful, transportation is easy to schedule and housekeeping comes when they're supposed to, so my stay here has been fine. The food is excellent and overall, the services have been good, so I would recommend it to anybody.

This is a very nice community and I think they treat the residents very well. I like it. So far the activities, housekeeping and transportation have been very good.

Management has been helpful and I really like it here. They've got a nice movie and exercise room.

The place is run pretty well. Everything that we need we get. The food is marvelous. The service is usually very good. They have a very good maintenance system. They are pretty prompt with it. They are constantly painting and repainting.

I would say the management is very accessible. The food has improved so much since the team of Hector, Erika and Ryan have been there. The service in the dining area is fantastic. My houskeeper is wonderful. The maintenance guys that are here have been here for quite a while and they would do anythng for you.

Management has been very positive and made my mother's move in experience nice. She's been very happy with the dining experience, I feel like she's getting more for her money than other places I looked at plus it's eight minutes from my house.

Myy mother lived at this community for two years. In her time there the food was fine. The caregivers were amazing. They gave an enormous amount of attention to her. They were always there when she needed them.

I’ve lived here four years and I guess I like the management team. The food is good and the servers in the dining room are accommodating. Housekeeping is fine. The girls are very helpful, on time every day, do what they are supposed to do, and are very nice. I feel safe here and I am comfortable in my apartment.

I think it is a fair price for what she gets there. The food is really good and I think the menu variety is fine. My mother seems to be enjoying the activities and has gone to some of the movies, music and lectures. She is very happy with the transportation service. It is nice that she has a necklace that she can push for help if she needs it.

I especially like the front desk staff because they are very nice and they really make you feel welcomed. They have quite a few activiites and while I don’t partake in everything, the ones I do, I like because the activities are well thought out. The people who serve you are very nice and they work hard, so I appreciate all the work that they do.
