The Reserve at North Dallas

I think the management at The Reserve at North Dallas has gotten better since I moved here because they're fixing things and are both, respectful and accessible. Since I've come here, we have a lot more activities, so the suggestion box has been a good thing to have because we have more activities in the evening, entertainers and just many more than we had before. Regarding transportation services, the drivers are very good and very nice people, so it's been a good experience thus far. Out of 15 communities, I chose to come to this one.

I liked activities list on the internet, so I moved in. There's something to do all the time if you want to do it. The bus driver here is the kindest, considerate, and most helpful person you could get. Management is very attentive and take care of your needs, and I have no complaints about the food. It's healthy and it's tasty. The servers are all very nice and there's good choices on the menu. The building is clean and beautiful, I’m satisfied with my apartment, and I feel safe here.

I found it for my loved ones, I showed them, they liked it, and then moved in. I like their apartment, it is nice, the people are nice, I like it too much. I like the managers and my loved ones like them too. They are nice. The food is very nice, and the activities are good. Everything is nice, really, everything. We love the laundry and housekeeping, everything is great. I like it, my loved ones like it, everything is perfect.

We chose The Reserve at North Dallas because of location, amenities and the activities offered, plus it was recommended by a friend. So far, everyone has been very lovely, welcoming and the Director has gone above and beyond with making myself, mother and family comfortable with the process. The dining looks wonderful, the menu is satisfactory and while she hasn't taken advantage of activities at this time, the activities look nice, varied and diverse. Her first housekeeping appointment is tomorrow, but the cleanliness of the building is very clean and maintenance is very quick because they fixed an issue for us almost immediately. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community, so I think the value is really good.

The value is good, it's as good as any place else and better than most. Management is almost perfect, the head of transportation is wonderful and the drivers are very nice. Maintenance is doing a very good job and they're trying very hard. The maintenance people come when they're requested and are very polite. They have a new activities director and it seems to be working out very nicely. The dining department is wonderful and the service is wonderful.

Mom’s lived there for three years as of this coming April, and we never have a problem with the food or dining room. I think they do a good job and are in tune to her low-sodium and no-sugar needs. Maintenance is good at responding to things she needs. Transportation is going well and there are no problems with laundry. I think the value is good. The managers seem to do all right, most everybody there I really like.

Mom’s been there for nine years and it's the best place she could be. She's happy. She has loved it the majority of the time she has been there. I've eaten there in the nine years mom has been there and the food has been good. Mom plays bingo and mahjong, there are activities available. Someone comes in to clean the apartment every two weeks. The laundry area is close by and she takes care of her own laundry. It's all good, and maintenance is excellent. I am very satisfied that mom is where she is.

Mother's been there, it's four years this December, it's been quite a while. I think the variety of activities is great. Maintenance has been fine, housekeeping is satisfactory, and from what I know there's a lot of new management people and we have no problems with them. I love Michael Hatcher, and Wyletta. Wyletta is the sweetest person ever. Michael loves my mother. I love them. Mother is very safe and comfortable. I am very happy, I think it's perfect for what she needs.

When you survey the metroplex it is just really competitive for the location the facility is in. She has a very large apartment, so you have to look at it per square footage. The activities provided have been fine for my sister-in-law. The maintenance staff have been wonderful to help us when we moved in. I cannot tell you how happy I was especially as I was transitioning her in here how great the staff was; I mean that honestly.

Seven years I’ve been here, and the dining room service and food is pretty good. There's plenty of activities, more than I can take part in. Housekeeping is all right, and maintenance is great. I’m comfortable in my apartment, I’m safe, so overall I’m am satisfied with the value.
