The Reserve at North Dallas

I think the management is really good. The only thing he has done is when they have the botanist there. He loves the gardening; that is his favorite thing. Housekeeping is great. He loves the lady that comes to clean his place. I think the maintenance is doing good.

I am satisfied with the services my husband and I receive at The Reserve at North Dallas. The management is respectful, knowledgeable and accessible, and the transportation is wonderful. The bus has always been good for me, it's clean and the drivers are always courteous. The maintenance crew tries to do the best they can and when I have questions about the air conditioning, they always respond so I am satisfied with their consistency in service. The housekeeping services are as good I'd like them to be and the activities offered at the community are really good. Plus, they have started offering more activities lately, so that is satisfactory. Overall, the facilities at the community are good.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations I am receiving at The Reserve at North Dallas. Management is respectful and I am satisfied with both menu variety and service that is offered in the dining room. My housekeeping and laundry services are consistently done each week and the building is maintained to satisfaction. The transportation services at the community are very good too.

I have lived at The Reserve for almost four years now. I think that management deserves a high rating. They have a nice menu variety in the dining room. All the other services have been satisfactory.

It's a reasonable price to stay at The Reserve at North Dallas. Management is always responsive and always there for you. The food is outstanding! Housekeeping does a great job and with the laundry as well and maintenance is always responsive, they do a good job. I've only used the transportation service one time and it was fine; the bus driver was very responsive.

It's expensive but worth it here. I enjoy the activities that I go to. I have a superior maid and maintenance shows up when they can. The building is in very good condition because it was remodeled a couple of years ago.

My apartment is excellent, I have my TV in here and it keeps me out of trouble. I am pleased with the way the management staff runs the place. I think the food quality is good. The waiter and waitresses are very helpful. I use the transportation on a regular basis to go to the grocery store and bank. The vehicle is quite new and well taken care of. I am pleased with the housekeeping and maintenance service as well.

Michael used to be at the front desk but has now moved up and he is really great. Wyatta, at the front desk, is really great. My mom is very happy. She likes her afternoon entertainment. Housekeeping washes her bedding and that is fine. My mom had some work done in her apartment and that was great. The building looks really nice, overall.

If there is anything wrong or anything happening the management will get in touch with me. It feels a little more personal. In regards to the food, it's excellent. My mother says that it is the best food in the country. It has been written up in the Chicago Tribune. I have dined there a couple of times with my mother and the service is fine. My mothers place is clean. Overall, the value is good and I am satisfied.

The staff is very kind and we appreciate it. My mother enjoys the activities. She loves the bingo and the happy hours. She likes the exercise classes and the current events. She does very much appreciate the housekeeping. Whenever she has called for maintenance for help in her unit they have been very helpful and responsive. I very much appreciate Jose the night staff at the front desk. He is always very sweet to her. The drivers are always very helpful. When it is raining they hold the umbrella for her and get her in and out.
