The Reserve at North Dallas

Everybody is so nice and I really love it here. I feel safe and comfortable and it is a nice place. The guy who sits downstairs in the evening is just amazing. He always asks me if I need help. Nobody gets past the front desk without them knowing where you are going. That makes everyone feel more secure. Management is doing well at communicating. Everybody is nice and polite. The food is good. It is absolutely wonderful and I am kind of picky. They offer three things as an entrée in the evening. They are all good things. There are quite a few activities. I went to movie night a couple of times and have played bingo a few times. The gal who came in last week to clean was so helpful. She told me she would do anything I needed done. She comes every two weeks. Maintenance is Johnny-on-the-spot with repairs. I had a light out in my hallway and they came up within 10 minutes of me calling downstairs. My cabinet in my bathroom came off its rollers and they were up and fixing it within five minutes of me calling. My youngest boy bought me a new TV and he set it up on Sunday but then the maintenance person came to set up the cable correctly. It is as perfect as ever now. The color is fantastic. The building is good. It is wonderful. I went on the van to the grocery store and that was okay. The bus was good.

I think the management is keeping the place very attractive. They keep us up to date with the news. I think they are doing a fairly good job. The housekeepers clean my apartment very well. I am pleased with the Reserve at North Dallas.

The management staff is eager to please, they listen closely to what you want to say and don't interrupt, they attempt to serve you the best they can. I used the transportation services earlier for church services and that was good and I like both guys responsible for it, they just couldn't be nicer employees. I like my housekeeper, Shirley. I can suggest things to her and she takes care of it, I really like her, she's really pleasant. All in all, it's safe here.

My mother lived here for only five months but they did a lot to make her feel at home. I felt the price was really good. Based on the quality of the place, I felt it was right in line with other locations. I loved the openness of the community and they played music from her generation. It is just those little extras that made it nice. She enjoyed the food from dining and the activities. The services she received from housekeeping, maintenance and management was good also. The room was pristine and the maintenance staff had done everything she asked prior to moving in.

This place has exceeded my expectations. I like everything about the management team. The food is wonderful and the servers are nice and do a good job. Maintenance has been very prompt and very efficient and the transportation service is wonderful. I thought the price was incredibly high but now that I'm here I've changed my mind and I think it's a good price with all of the services and all of the attention I receive.

I've been here nearly four years, and I like the management, the food is okay, and the activities look entertaining and well-planned. Management takes care of everything, and the transportation is wonderful. They take you wherever you want to go. I'm safe and comfortable here.

We have lived at The Reserve at North Dallas for 8 years now and we've been satisfied with the services and accommodations provied to us. Management appears to be doing well, the food is excellent and the wait service is good. We get exercise 3 times a week and they have entertainment frequently with someone coming in to play music or sing which has been going on for years, so there are activities offered. Maintenace does well and they're prompt to fix things so we've been pleased with our experience and I'd highly recommend the community.

I love it, I'm pretty happy where I am. Most of them are doing a pretty good job, I think the dining and housekeeping staff do the best that they can. I do some of the activities and those are good. It's pretty good here.

I have lived at The Reserve at North Dallas since July 2017 and I think they do a pretty good job. If you have a complaint, there is always someone to talk to. They do have bus services that they provide to take me to my appointments which is important to me. I'm very happy at this community and would recommend it to others.

I've been living here fifteen, sixteen years already and I think it's okay. The food and activities are fine, and transportation is okay. Housekeeping comes every other week, that's okay, and maintenance has been very prompt and done a nice job. The people that come are very nice. I'm, safe and comfortable, and I'm here for the long haul.
