The Reserve at North Dallas

In the two and half years I have lived here, the managers have been fine. I use the bus to go to the supermarket and sometimes other places for shopping. We have a new Activities Director and she seems to be doing very well. I think she'll be helpful to the community. I feel safe here.

Right now I think they are definitely on their way to improvement. They have started the ambassador program again and I am part of it and the resident council. The dining staff are trying to adapt the menu to more of the taste of Texas. They now offer more Tex-Mex type dishes. I am very pleased with my housekeeper. I have been very fortunate with the two people that I have had since I've been here. They go out of their way to do anything extra they can. I can't say enough about them they are very good. The maintenance department does a good job of taking care of your work orders. I am very grateful for them all.

The apartment provides plenty of space for what my mom needs. We have maintenance come in and fix a shelving rod and he was there in ten minutes time. The move in process was made very easy by managment. Everything that we asked to be done in the apartment was. They have been very helpful. She is very happy with the transportation and uses it at least three times a week.

My wife Charlotte and I live at the Reserve at North Dallas and I think this is a very nice place. The food is excellent. As far as the food, I like what they give me and it's well done. The service is also excellent in the dining room. Housekeeping and laundry are excellent and they keep a regular cleaning schedule. Maintenance is good, very good and complete requests in a timely manner. We really enjoy living here.

I have lived at The Reserve fro 10 year now. The size of my apartment is just fine for me. I like the location here. The maintenance team is quick to respond to my requestion and the transportation department is very helpful getting me where I need to go.

I've only been here a couple of years. I want to commend Michael at the front desk I just think he is absolutely wonderful. So is Wyetta, and the other Michael who works in afternoons at that desk. I do morning exercise with Betty every morning and I like that a lot. I do the card making activity when I can. I think that the housekeepers who clean my apartment are wonderful. Winnie, the other girls, they're wonderful. The value is fair right now, and I've already recommended it to someone.

It's quiet, it's comfortable. I'm kind of amazed after coming from a large place that it's working as well as it is. I'm impressed with the variety of activities. They seem to try to appeal to a lot of different tastes and intellect. I think the management here is amazingly patient with older people. I think the staff are great, I really do. I have been very forunate in that people have been very welcoming and cordial to me, both the staff and the residents. I haven't felt awkward or left out or anything like that, I'm very pleased that way.

I think the value is great. It's a good place for my mom. She's getting a lot for what she's paying and it's a real relief knowing she can get help any time she needs it. On the whole she's pretty well pleased with the management. They've helped her out a lot. The activities are wonderful. She loves having Randy come every Wednesday and listening to him. She uses the transportation all of the time. It's very good. She really likes the man that runs it. They try to help her as much as possible. My mother feels safe and comfortable and it's a relief that she is there.

I've been here for about 7 months now and it's been good. The food is good and the service is pretty good. The housekeeping is pretty good. The building looks good to me and my room is good. The care is good. I haven't had any concerns.

Mangement here is good. They're nice and know what they're doing. I haven't had any problems with housekeeping or maintenance. The value for the services here is alright. It's a good place. I'd recommend it.
