The Residences at Thomas Circle

I think about how luck I am to have this community every day. I communicate with the care staff almost weekely. They're just so dedicated and so knowledgeable and so caring. I can say enough. My loved one's room seems to be in good shape every time I've there, and the building seems fine. It's a great building. In terms of housekeeping, every time I go there, she has what she needs. She seems to be clean and well kept. Every time I go to visit, she's doing something. The staff really takes a great interest in the residents and do a wonderful job. The value that we're getting is great. I'm a really big fan of this community.

It is all fine, the management, dining and activities. I would recommend it.

I don't eat meat, and they serve me plenty of food without meat. It is always well done. There are many things they do that I get interested and involved in. The physical program is fantastic for us, and all the other things I need are also, especially the library. The transportation service takes me wherever I need to go.

I think it is a wonderful place, and I am so glad that we live here. The activities are very good, and I go to whatever I can. The housekeeping is terrific. The maintenance is good. The management team is good.

The maintenance team is very responsive. The housekeepers come when they're supposed to come. They do what they're supposed to do and get our laundry back to us promptly. They're pleasant and reliable. The activities are excellent. Most of the activities are engineered and run by residents. We're a very resident driven community. They work very hard and provide the population with a wife assortment of activities. The management team is very accessible. Most of them will go out of their way to help you, even if it is not their immediate responsibility. It is a marvelous location. The apartments are kept up and pleasant. We get a good value for what we're paying. This is not just an apartment house, this is a community. People are very close here, so I would recommend it for people who need that kind of thing and want to be part of something.

The management, maintenance, and housekeeping services are very responsive. The activities are varied, and they have a lot of them. The condition of the building is good. The wait staff in the dining area is good.

The management has always been responsive, and they have always worked out administrative issues. My friend enjoys going down and participating in the group activities and occasionally, they do have an outside activity. There are no issues in the apartment. She does use the laundry service, and there are no issues. The dining service is excellent.

I just think it had it all going on, as far as activities, people around, seemed pretty well staffed. I was happy with the apartment and layout. I think it has really good value and Ihave never had any problems.

I am very pleased. It is a pleasant environment and the bulding looks very good.

I’m here because of the location, the residents, and that it is a rental and not a buy in. Those three things make this very appealing to me. I do a lot of things with the residents, and I like it very much. I like the people I live with. I think that is very good. Scott, the director, is doing a good job.
