The participation, it seems like everybody enjoys all the activities. The houskeeping is good.

They seem to be very pleasing for my dad and was very tasty when I ate. The service is very good. They seem to remember who each resident is when they come in. He has been very pleased with the apartment, and so am I. He seems content, in fact he keeps so busy that I have a hard time cathing up with him on the phone.

This is perfect for me. The transportation is very adequate. Maintenance is very good. They respond, and they're nice people. Tom is outstanding. Housekeeping is excellent. It's comfortable to have them around. Natalie, the activities person, it outstanding. I like the activities. There's always enough to do. If you don't like what the menu has to offer, there's always something else to get that will work well. I believe Scott is a very hard and caring worker. I have so many needs, and they are taken care of. I am pleased with how they are being taken care of. I love my little space. I would recommend it.

The building appears to be pretty good and they're keeping up with it. I think the management do well and the apartment is fine, I feel safe and comfortable here. All in all, I have been living here a while and I have nothing to complain about.

The presentation of the food is fine and it is fresh. The food that I have tasted is good. She participates in a lot of activities. She really likes the yoga and going to various restaurants. There is a lot of activities to keep her occupied. The housekeeper comes in on Tuesday and it is clean. Maintenance has a good response to things that needs to be repaired.

The employees try their best and make a concerted effort with activities. The healthcare staff treat him respectfully and they're accessible. My friend tells me he gets nice lunches and they accommodate him during dining. Accommodations are satisfactory and the place looks immaculate. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable at the community.

Management is quick to respond to us and the caregivers have been really good. He seems to be pretty satisfied with the food and, when we have gone down for events, it has been really good. He has really gotten into the activities and enjoys them. The housekeeping is going well for him and anytime he has had problems, maintenance has addressed it.

They have been responsive to me when I've called with questions or concerns. They have been helpful and forthcoming. He says the food is very good. Walking up and down the halls and observing all the common areas, they all look very nice and comfortable. I know he is healthier and better off because somebody is there for him. I think it is a good deal for being in the center of a major US city."

Management is alright, the food quality is good and I am fine with the activities. The housekeeping is very good.

I am very lucky I came two and a half years ago. My apartment is a nice size, the staff is helpful and accommodating. I am very happy here, it's working out just fine for me. The activities are very good. Happy Hour and the parties are fun, they have a great variety of snacks. They keep the community clean, neat, and in working order all the time. The Executive Director is excellent. He is there, always available, and listens to and responds to any concerns or complaints, and he checks it out right away. It meets my needs. They do a lot of nice things, there's a swimming pool with a lifeguard some days listed on the calendar. We have a nice BBQ planned for July 4th. We even have a store here with tissue, soaps, toilet tissue, candy, you name it and you can get it. There's doctors here, the beauty parlor is here, you could live here and never go outside, everything is taken care of.
