Scott's fantastic, he has an open door policy, you can go in and sit down and talk to him about anything. If there's something he can do about it, he'll get it done. We have seo many activities, they go to plays and shows and the Kennedy Center, all of the museums are available throughout the week, so it's pretty good.

The management staff have been helpful to me and the staff have always been professional. I was there once myself and when he needed a place to go I didn't hestitate to put him there. He is enjoying the whole experience, he likes it very much. He has formed some relationships there.He wants to celebrate his 75th birthday there. That tells you how much he is enjoying his stay there.

I've lived here 15 years and everything's fine. Food is fine, service is fine they are very attentive. My housekeeper is polite, and I am content. The maintenance team is wonderful and responsive. The bus runs wonderfully and everybody is nice to me. I am comfortable, I think the 'Your Life, Your Style' approach is important. I would say the value is great. It's a good place and I've been happy.

I think the activities are great. There are so many options and folks can choose what they want to participate in. My mother enjoys the movies every night and is always appreciative of the music that comes in on Thursdays. I think that those are gems. I think the folks who are involved in the organizing of the skilled nursing are terrific. My dad is getting great care in skilled nursing. I think it is the combination of the overall coordinator and the nurse who runs the nursing.

We've found a couple of very remarkable people there that we have enjoyed working with. The food is great and I don't hear anything bad about it, which is usually the first thing in this kind of setting.

We chose it because my parents have lived in the DC area for many years so we felt it was the right community for them. I've had really great interactions with most of the caregivers that I've interacted with. I've been really pleased with a number of the staff there in Memory Care. Fatima has been great, so has Florence and Hyacinth, Andes, the Director of Nursing, has been fantastic

I love my apartment. It is perfect. We chose to live here because my sister lives here and her daughters live nearby. The management staff has addressed everything I need or want. They are very present in the community. I would say the food is excellent. My husband doesn't eat everything but he likes what he eats. They serve a variety of food and I am very happy with that. The cleaning has been excellent as well!

I came here eight years ago and I like everything. Management-wise the Director left and we have temporary ones here. Seth is great. He's absolutely nice, and anytime you need anything he is very responsive, responsible, and informative. I like everything down there in the dining room and I think the activities are great. I think they do a great job with offerings, bridge, and things like outings. It’s a very nice van and they take you wherever you want to go. They're always available. The van is in good condition and always clean. My housekeeper is so nice. I've had two people in my eight years here, and they are very good, pleasant and good. Maintenance comes whenever you need. I've never even waited a day. Maybe a day at most, never more. I am very pleased with I get for the price, it's a good value. I am very happy and I constantly recommend it.
