The Retreat at SunRiver St. George

For the area, they are pretty comparable. When my grandparents call, they are responsive. There is a private vehicle and they have said that is really great. That driver is fantastic. She has been very accommodating. When they have to go to an appointment, that has been really great. They have been responsive when things have been broken or things have needed to be hung up. I think the building is in really good repair. I have seen the activity offerings and it looks varied. They have gone on outings. The food overall is good. I have eaten there several times and I've been pleased. The service is really good and the dining room is beautiful.

There's nothing that I could think of that could possibly be wrong over there. All of the adminstrators are great. It's worth every penny. I'm very happy. The maintenance is great. Even the maintenance people know me and are very nice. The rooms are always nice. I have never seen anything out of place. They do the laundry really well there. I've been really thrilled. They're always trying to do something to keep the residents occupied. They have a beautiful sitting area where they have a flat screen TV with music or things. All of the management team is good. Nancy has been very helpful with me. If they need anything, she'll either call me or text me. I really appreciate that part. I cannot say enough about Heather. She is out of this world. The compassion she has for all the residents there is above and beyond anything anyone could possible imagine. The staff is great. I can't talk highly enough about how much peace of mind I have.

The community is very accommodating and relaxing. I feel like my loved one feels that it's a big family because everyone knows each other. Whether it's the kitchen, everyone is knowledgeable about their needs and I appreciate that. They can accommodate off the menu, and the dining service is very good. The transportation service is very good, and they're kind. If there are any questions or problems, the maintenance staff will repair things. They even filled the flowers pots this week, which I thought was very nice. They have a nice variety of activities offered to residents for good socializing, and it's a time to get together. Management has been really good to work with. Overall, it's nice to know that they have people to watch out for him, and it's a great place for Assisted Living when people need it.

My dad enjoys the food. The servers are very nice and kind. According to the paper that comes every week, the activities look good to me. The laundry is great. The maintenance is great. They are quick to respond. The care is pretty good. The caregivers are very attentive to him. The staff is very kind, and the community is clean and smells good. Overall, he is super happy where he is and would not want to move.

I think it is a very good place. I have eaten there, and it is good. The guy that makes the soup is dynamite. The care services are very good. For what they are doing, the value is very good. I have had a great experience with everyone there. I would definitely recommend it.

This community seems to have a pretty good menu variety, I haven't heard anything but good things about the food, and my parents think the dining service is great. It seems like there are a lot of activities that are going on. They have more than enough opportunities to get out, and I think my parents enjoy them. Housekeeping washes their sheets and towels once a week, and my parents seem very pleased with that service. Everything seems really well kept, and the building is great. Anytime they have asked for help, maintenance has come right away. The care is good here. They are very happy and I am comfortable with my parents being here.

Everybody in management is kind, caring, efficient, and sweet. They treat us like we are something special. The caregivers are very good. I fell one evening, so I pushed my button, and a girl came right away to help me up. I think the food and dining is excellent, and the service is excellent. There are more activities offered than we can partake in. The housekeeping is good. The staff is all upbeat and lovely. The maintenance is excellent. The building is lovely, and the transportation seemed to be very good. They got us both to our appointments on time.

Derrick, the manager, is fabulous. The healthcare services are excellent. I think the activities they have are excellent. They have plenty of things for them to do. The maintenance of the building is very good. The value is good.

There are a quite a few communities in the area we checked out, but this place is far above where everyone else is. When my father uses transportation, it's on time. They have good drivers and it's been very helpful. The healthcare staff is good, and there is enough of them. As a whole, the building looks good and the apartment cleaning is satisfactory. They have a calendar and the activities appear entertaining. They had a band in there once that my father quite enjoyed. All in all, the management has good people. They're doing a great job over there.

It looks like they take care of things well. The building as a whole is beautiful. The care staff monitors her medication and they have done that well.
