River Bend House

My sister has lived there for 7 years and she likes the care givers a lot. The building is pretty and pleasant and the grounds are mowed and there are flowers blooming in the appropriate seasons. The dining room is pleasant and peaceful. They have plenty of people who are working to get things done and they always have dessert and something to drink. Housekeeping is also good and I am very pleased with them.

My mom has been there for almost a year and she is really enjoying it. The management is always very friendly and very helpful. My mom really enjoys the staff there and she always looks forward to seeing them when they stop by to see her and interact with her. Kelly, the director, has been sending out updates weekly about how they are handling things during the pandemic and how they are keeping the residents busy since they are in their room more. They are very sweet and my mom always raves about how nice everybody is there. Normally, when we don't have this coronavirus issue the activities are very good. The activities are pretty engaging and my mom really liked when they were taking the trips to Walmart or to lunch somewhere. My mom also likes the exercise and the bingo and the painting classes. She always particiaptes in those and enjoys them. Debbie the housekeeper is really great about keeping my mom's apartment clean and she does her laundry. Whatever she asks Debbie to do she does it and always does a nice job and my mom enjoys her company. In regards to the maintenance, things are always taken care of in a timely manner. They have been great. The building is good. Every time I go over there it is always clean and everything looks good.

I think they really seem to care about the residents and they go above and beyond. They're really efficient and right on top of everything. They're very welcoming and get right back to you with answers to your questions. My mom says the food is really good. I've seen a lot of activities. They seem to really run the place very smoothly. It's nice and neat and clean. It's very impressive.

It's a nice, clean community with good workers. My brother has a nice room and bathroom that would be good enough for anybody. The healthcare staff call me, are very nice and everyone I have dealt with has been more than good. His room and his clothes are always clean. They definitely have activities going on for the residents. He feels safe and comfortable living at the community. All in all, everything works well and looks good. The management is doing a good job and they're efficient.

Management has been so helpful to my mom and myself. She really likes their food here, and they seem to have very good activities. Housekeeping is very prompt and professiona. Everything has been fine with maintenance. The building is super super clean, and her apartment is fine. It is perfect for her needs. The caregivers have been very prompt, responsive, and caring. They seem to really care. Everything so far has been superb, and my mom has really liked it here.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The apartment is plenty big enough for him. Anytime management has any problems, they call me. They are prompt and I like that about them. They are really nice people. In dining, it is always really good. The service is really good. They are always doing something when I go up there. They are exercising or playing Bingo or something. I have never seen anything broken down and it is always super clean. Everything is fine with me, they take really good care of him.

Management has been very helpful with me in all of her various situations. They help with scheduling appointments and if necessary, getting her to them. The caregivers are very attentive, and she loves all the nurses that are here. They let me know if there is anything extraordinary going on that I need to be aware of. I appreciate them very much. The food is good. The laundry services are great. The maintenance guy is exceptional. He will do anything that the residents ask for. My mother tries to get to every possible activity. For her, they are great. This is a very nice place, and it is very clean. They have a lot of good people on the staff, and my mother enjoys it.

I think what moves me the most is how caring and kind all the people are there.They're really beyond helpful. They go above and beyond. It's in southern Ohio and they say 'southern hospitality' and boy do they have it.

It's a nice community compared to the ones I have been in. It's smaller and it's a circle with a courtyard for going outside, so whoever designed it was really good. I am satisifed with the apartment cleaning, and the maintenance man has been excellent. My brother was taken outside with a couple of other men to hit golfballs, and he liked that. Management helps with move-ins and exercises for the residents. All in all, I like the community, and it's a good place for him. You need a special kind of person to staff, and they have selected a good bunch.

Everything is great. I have no issues. Anytime I've had any concern with my dad being dizzy or short of breath, the care staff will take his blood pressure. Housekeeping services are great. I like that they do each person's laundry individually. The activities are great. My dad loves the dining. Holly has been great. I cannot come up with anything negative that I could say about the place. I am totally satisfied.
