River Bend House

The staff treats my brother very well, and they are very friendly with them. They are always having something in the way of activities, and they are very patient with them. They always come and get them to participate. The houskeeping and laundry and maintenance are pretty good. The care givers are very friendly and the communication is real good. They are very respectful. I am very well satisfied with the place.

All of the healthcare staff is really nice and if the button is pressed, it's like less than a minute before they arrive, which is very impressive. The value is very good and we are impressed with the place.

Having looked at other places in town, you can't beat this community. Anything I have asked of management, healthcare or cleaning people has been satisfactory. The exterior of the building and mulch looks nice, and my uncle feels comfortable living there. Laundry is done every week, which is very helpful, and the rooms are always clean. If I lived there, I would eat everything because the meals look gorgeous. With the atmosphere, everyone likes it there and I haven't met any resident that hasn't liked it.

I think her apartment is great. It is just the right size for her and she has her independence. Her bathroom is handicap accessible and it is very nice. They have a diverse selection of food. They give them choices. The food is really good. There is a lot to of activities to chose from Monday-Friday. When I go in, her room and bathroom are clean. I have noticed that her laundry is never piled up. It is a very well taken care of facility. The nurse is very kind and knowledgeable. It is a great group of people. It is a wonderful place.

My mom says everyone is ood to her and my dad feels the same way. They treat them with a lot of respect. The nurses are excellent. Debby, the housekeeper, doesn't stop. She'll do anything for you. Kelly, the director, has a lot of energy, she knows the residents, and she really cares. I feel like we're one big family.

Overall my mother-in-law is happy with the food. They keep her very busy and she enjoys the activities. They always come and get her. Communication is excellent, the managers stay in touch and call you back. Her apartment works for her, she's happy with it. The care givers are very attentive and the Nurse-Practitioner takes care of things.

Management responds to any request we have concerning mom. I think the folks over there are doing a really good job and I appreciate them. The care staff do an excellent job of watching out for her.

I know they are very attentive to the residents up there. The care givers are very good and they have always gone out of their way to make him feel comfortable and make us feel comfortable.

Management is amazing. Kelly, the Director, is great with families and is very personable. They have a family dinner every month and the food has always been great. Jenny, the activities director is amazing and keeps us well informed on what is going on. Housekeeping does a great job there and maintenances keeps everything well maintained. The caregivers are just wonderful, kind and patient.

The management has worked very well with me on everything with my step dad on getting him settled in. The caregivers do a lot with my step dad and they do their best to help him with all of his needs. My stepdad loves the food, the cook is the best and the service has been good. I think they always did a really good job of keeping them active and doing fun things with them. The housekeeping has been very accommodating and the building and common areas are taken care of very well. The transportation did an excellent job when we did need it.
