My mother has adjusted to the community and she is satisfied with the accommodations. The management is always very helpful and really friendly. The maintenance is good and her place is kept up. The activities are satisfactory and she is getting out there. The dining is great and if she doesn't like what they're having, she can always get a burger or chicken strips. She feels safe, comfortable and everything seems to be running really good.

My parents feel safe, comfortable and I like the value of the community. Everybody seems to be real nice and polite when I'm there. The building has always looked good to me, as does the outside. Everything is always clean and I always see people cleaning. If you need something, the housekeeping staff will come down and take care of it. My father enjoys playing dominos and they had Mardi Gras recently where they made things. They try to keep the residents active in the pool and exercise room. The food is pretty good and they're satisfied with it too. If there are any issues, the management comes down to talk about it and they always deal with it. Overall, everything has been good.

I am satisfied with the accommodations provided and my parents feel both, safe and comfortable at the community. We checked several places and they were probably the best with in-house doctors and nurses to be able to help them. The housekeeping staff are really good and they clean well. The transportation vehicles are in good condition and the flexibility is fine if you plan in advance. The maintenance staff keep the place satisfactory and it's always pleasant to the eye when you drive up. All of their activities look good and if I was older, I would have things to do. The food and dining has been excellent every time I have eaten there. My interactions with the management have been positive. Overall, they have been good to my parents.

I am satisfied with the accommodations and services I receive at the community. The man that drives the bus is really helpful and the building looks satisfactory. They provide a lot of different activities for us to do and the lady in charge of them is very good. The management is usually always helpful when you have a problem and they're respectful. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable here, so I would recommend it to others.

My father and I have been very pleased with the community. He is really enjoying it there. The care staff works with my dad every day and they are wonderful. He enoys the bus driver and they are very accomodating. The maintenance has been very accomodating to make sure everything is working the way it should. The housekeepers are a blessing and Alexa, she is very accomodating. She often helps my dad. The community does a wonderful job offering activities to the residents and he absolutely loves the food.

We've already recommended them to two people since my mom has been there. They transportation services go way overboard. She is impressed with the gentleman that drives. He will take her to a doctor's appointment and then go out of his way to pick her up, even if it's beyond hours. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. They've always complied when she needs them. From the Director, Patty Means, through the entire staff, they've always been quick to respond to any concern.

My Dad has been there seven years and we haven't had any issues to note. The management has been wonderful. The dining staff help him with his orders. There seems to be a good variation of food there. The ladies come and clean up his room. The place is always nice. Transportation has always been there for my Dad whenever he has needed to go to the doctor or wherever. The home health there have been great. They give him his medications twice a day and they are always on time.

After I got used to my apartment, I had no problems with it. My housekeeper was great, and she got the job done. Most people enjoyed the activities. I never had any problems with the administration because they were very nice to me.

Management is good. The food is good, and the dining service is pretty darn good. The housekeeping is good. They do a good job of keeping this place neat, tidy, and clean. When I ask for something to be done by maintenance, it gets done. I am very satisfied, and I don't know how they could make it any warmer than it is. I am very happy.

The value of the community is good, and I am satisfied with the accommodations provided. I have been here over a year and the management helps me everytime I need it. The transportation service is great and I use it to buy groceries a lot. The apartment and building maintenance is satisfactory. I have a good housekeeper with things being done in a routine manner. Activities are entertaining, well planned and consistently offered. I feel safe and comfortable at the community. To me, the place is excellent with what's offered.
