Royal Estates of Wichita Falls

I think the management staff does a really good job. I think dining is pretty good and I really like the breakfasts. I like my apartment. We have pretty good entertainment, like the singers that come in. The maintenance staff come in and fixes things promptly when you ask them to. I think it's very good here.

The management staff does a really good job. I had some concerns and they did a great job answering my concerns. They do a really good job for the value and area; it's a very reasonable price. For my parents, their room is a great size for two people.

Comparing to everything else we've priced and looked at, I'd say the value is real good. There were some places we looked into that were more expensive, but not near as nice. Management made everything real easy going back and basically pulled up paperwork from before. It just went smooth and easy. The main thing is now that you can go in and get a little snack any time of the day instead of a couple fixed times like it used to be. They have a selection of food that my mom can pretty much find whatever she happens to be in the mood for. I've never heard a complaint about service. They've got some activities that she has been enjoying. Just simple things like Bingo. She is also looking forward to some other things she's mentioned like outside trips. Everything ng has been clean and nice.

My friends tell me I should be the spokesperson. I am so pleased with this place. The Activities Director Karen is out of this world. She is very hands on. They even had a birthday event, tonight we're having bingo. I haven't even gotten unpacked because I've been so busy. Lucy, the director, is very helpful. They have all been as nice as can be. I couldn't be happier here. The food is delicious. The vegetables are like my mother cooked, the desserts are out of this world. The Mother's Day meal was better than any restaurant I could have gone to. I love it here.

My mom's been happy there. They are always trying to come up with new things for the residents, and keep them active and busy. The food's good and she's very happy with the management. They're always very helpful. She's involved in all the activities, and she likes them. She's had the same housekeeper since she moved there in 2010. She does her laundry, and mom loves her. She does everything just the way mom likes it. Maintenance helps her out with anything that's wrong, or needs to be changed or fixed. Transportation is good, she loves the driver. Overall, she really likes it there.

I think the price good, fair, and reasonable. I think the wait staff there are amazing, and make everyone feel special. They are wonderful. The activities are really great. Overall I think it's a good-looking facility. The staff are so pleasant to the residents it makes it nice to be around them. The care staff is really very good. We've had a good experience.

We talk more highly about Royal Estates than any other facility we've been to. I don't know how you would beat it, I really don't. The whole management, all of them, is excellent. I've eaten there a number of times and the food is probably as good as any restaurant in Wichita Falls. First meal I had was shrimp alfredo. It's out of sight. The activities are great. My mother's apartment is spotless constantly. The parking is good, it seems very safe, and we were real pleased. It's a great place.

My mom has a nice apartment; it's just the right size for her. For what they're dealing with, the dining is excellent. The activities are wonderful. They have a fantastic Social Director. The aides come in the morning to help her get up and come at night to help her into bed and they are respectful and kind. I think it has been good.

They're doing a good job in the dining room. The housekeepers are good and they clean the apartment quite frequently. If I have a problem in the middle of the week or something that needs to be taken care of, the maintenance staff takes care of it. If I need light bulbs put in they come and do that and take care of whatever I need real promptly. They've been doing lots of painting and yard work. Money was getting tight and I brought it to their attention I might have to move out if I didn't somehow have a reduction and they found another apartment for me that was less. It's a big expense but they do a good job.

If someone needs the facility it would be a good facility to come to. The activities director here is just wonderful. I think the price is average for the area. Everything seems okay.
