Royal Estates of Wichita Falls

I have been pleased with all that the management has done, my dad seems pleased with the food, and it seems like they always have something going on at this community. Housekeeping has done a very good job with the laundry and cleaning and the building looks nice. The transportation is very good. He is in a motorized scooter so he just wheels his chair up to the lift and they lift him in.

They are very easy to work with and do what they can. She likes to exercise, I think they offer a lot more than she takes advantage of here. I like everybody here, good folks. I am planning on moving in here, eventually.

She loves that place. My mom is happy and that is all that matters. My mother really enjoys the activities. I know she won't miss a single thing. She looks forward to activities and loves them. She really enjoys the outings and mystery rides. Her room is always clean and smells good. The carpet and floors are always clean. Transportation is a wonderful service that is provided to take her to her doctor's visits.

All in all, the price is fair. The food is great and there are plenty of activities. I just started using the transportation and it's been excellent.

My mother has lived at Royal Estates of Wichita Falls for 10 years now. She loves it there.

The managers been real helpful helping me set up transportation. They're friendly. I started using the bus to go to the doctor. I go on Mondays. They've got a lot of places to go, and he loads that bus pretty good. He does a good job. I sure am happy with my apartment. I like it, it's one of the main things I like. The housekeeper comes regularly and does a fair job cleaning and taking the trash out. It's a fair job. For all that we get I'd say the value is excellent.

My mom really likes everybody at Royal Estates. The dining staff are lovely. If she is sick and has to take a meal in her room they cheerfully deliver it to her and check on her. Mother doesn't do many activities during the day. She saves all her energy from the day so she can go and play dominoes at night. There is a lot of stuff she says she would like to do but she just doesn't have the energy to do it. The staff that I have dealt with have just been lovely.

I never ask for anything that I don't get. They are always friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the management. The staff in the dining area is always helpful and friendly and prompt when they wait on you. As far as I am concerned the food is good. The variety of the menu suits me. We have quite a bit of activities going on if you want to partake. The housekeeping and laundry is very good. I have very little reason to use the maintenance but when I have called them they have been helpful. Transportation is excellent. We have a good driver and he is helpful and takes us where ever we need to go. All in all, I am perfectly happy here!

The management in the front office is good. They are very accessible. The activities are great; I am involved in a lot of them. They are really well planned. I think they do a great job. The housekeeping is good. The maintenance is good; it is pretty fair. I have had a couple of things done to my apartment and it was done in a reasonable time. The transportation is great. The driver does a good job. He is a pretty safe driver too. Our food is pretty decent as well. I think it is expensive but I think I get my money's worth.

Management was awesome during my dad's time there. Anytime I had a problem I would just go to management and they would solve the problem. They had good food and plenty of it. It was just like going into a 5 star restaurant. The services that I paid for were always done by the healthcare staff. I have no complaints about the care. Everything always looked nice, clean and in place. I would call up the transportation service to tell them that my dad had a doctor's appointment and my dad was always there on time to his appointments. The guy that drove the bus was very friendly.
