It's real comfortable. We're waited on real promptly and the food is real good. The manager was great and worked well with me. Housekeeping is good and they take the trash out and keep my room clean. Everyone has been real friendly.

During the process of moving my mom in the management team answered questions before we knew we even needed to ask them. They did a really good job throughout the transition. She says the food is delicious. She can stay as busy as she wants to stay with the amount of activities going on. She used the transportation one time and she absolutely loved it. She can still drive but she loved not having to drive. Overall, It seems to be very well run. I have talked to the lady who runs it and I like her. She does a really good job keeping everything going!

I was at the community for about a year prior to deciding to move home. While I was there everybody was real friendly and respectful. Although I didn't go to many, just wasn't my thing, the activities were really good. The staff was always accessible and responsive. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable and they took good care of me.

All of the staff are just very sweet people there and they care about their residents. I think dining is doing a good job and they go out of their way to make sure my mom is taken care of and she gets food when she can and eats. They just go above and beyond. Maintenance has done a lot of improvements outside. I think they've done a good job. I think the director is great. My mom doesn't hear very well so she doesn't participate very much, but the director does go out of her way to talk to her as much as she can. I would also say that housekeeping is doing a good job for my mom. The value is very good, and she's happy there.

I looked at other places, and I thought this would best suit my mom for her needs. The management staff is very nice. They check on my mom regularly to see how she's doing. She goes down to crafts in the craft room and plays bingo with everybody. When we first moved in, her air conditioner wasn’t working, and Maintenance came in and put in a whole new unit for her. Overall, I think things seem to be going well.

My aunt lived there for three or four years, and she liked it and we liked going there. There was always some activity or something going on. We've only been in there a couple of weeks, and so we've talked to very few of them, but the conversations have been good. The Director understood our needs, worked with us, and made us feel at home. My sister loves the Activities Director. My mom definitely likes the activities. The building is really clean. The caretakers have been wonderful. They have been giving her medicine when she needs it. So far we are happy with it.

My mother-in-law just liked it and that's where she wanted to go! Housekeeping has been doing a good job; they came in a few times and washed her sheets. Seems like they are taking care of her. The management staff was all so kind and helpful, friendly as well. It was all great. Maintenance took care of things before she moved in. I don't she has had to call them for anything since then. John the maintenance guy came by and told us to let him know if we need anything. Everybody has made it nice and easy and smooth. We've already recommended the community to others, one of her friends is moving in next week. She has more kitchen space than I do at my own home!

They are all friendly. I don't have any complaints. The vehicle at the community is in good condition. The drivers are extremely nice. I don't know his name, he is an older man. He is very helpful. The other person who was super nice and helpful in getting my client in the vehicle is Lucy. They were very gracious to him when his spouse passed away. They got him another room so that he wouldn't have to be in his room. The quality of food is good. They have menu variety as well. He gets pretty much anything he asks for. They worked with him on price too when they gave him a different room. I think everything is good, value included.

I looked at it and really liked it. My husband's room is nicer than his old one. I'm very happy with the decision we made. The management staff has been very helpful in every way. From what I've seen the food looks good. And it's like a restaurant; you go in and get waited on. The housekeeper comes every Friday and the cleaning is excellent. He doesn’t do anything, just sits in his room. There is a variety I see going on. He did enjoy the car show on Father's Day. It's been a great decision for him.

I think the staff has been very nice and very accommodating, so I think it's worked out so far. I think the care team has been really good. They always have activities going on. I think they are good in making sure there are things for residents to do. They have been very accommodating to my mother. They have an all-day menu that you can order from when you don't like what they have on the daily menu. They are always making sure there are things she can eat which has been very nice. It's been a good place so far.
