My friend looks forward to the meals, the housekeeping is going very well, she loves her apartment and the maintenance man does a good job and responds to her requests. They are doing a fantastic job and it is invaluable to us what they are doing for her. She is happy and that is all we want.

The management is very informative and keep me well addressed of what is going on. The food is excellent. It seems to be good quality and she likes it. The service seems to be fine too. It almost seems like restaurant style. In regards to the activities, they are always doing something. I know my mom enjoys the group activities and going down to bingo. The building and common areas are excellent. The care givers have been really good with her and they are always there.

The food has gotten a lot better. The cooks they have are really good, and the selection is a lot better than what it was. They have a new housekeeper who does a really great job. The maintenance man does a really good job of keeping things clean and moving. He takes care of things when they need to be fixed. He has a small studio, but it fits his needs, so it works. The nursing care is really good.

My sister and I extremely happy with everything she gets in the community. The care givers are all excellent. Any questions I have are answered, they let me know when she needs something, and they accommodate my requests. I think the activities are excellent, and so is the dining. The food is good, and service from the wait staff is also is excellent. The entire place certainly seems to be very well managed and organized. I am very satisfied with the value.

I appreciate all they do for my dad. The management is very good. They do their best to keep residents happy and everything on an even keel, I have no complaints. They have a lot of activities in the community. Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance are very good. The care staff is very good. When his doctor changes anything they're right on top of it. Someone is always available. For what he's getting and where he lives in the place, I think the price is fair.

I think they found an excellent director. The healthcare staff are very much on top of it. They alert us right away. I think Steve, the maintenance guy, is doing an incredibly job, and my friend is in love with her housekeeper. We appreciate the size and attentiveness of the staff. We absolutely know she's safe and we know she's comfortable.

The Director over there, she is just amazing. In the dining room they always seat him with someone good, he's made friends. They offer him alternatives, the wait staff is always cooperative. He really enjoys the musicians that come in and play instruments and sing. He loves to read and there's plenty books there. He always has a clean apartment, it's spotless, and maintenance is very nice. The nurses and ladies engage him, are really friendly, and make sure he has what he needs. They're very attentive. I feel it's definitely an exceptional value, he's safe, and he is comfortable there.

Management is very friendly and they are very good. They have been very respectful to me and very respectful to my concerns. She is absolutely safe her. I think this is an absolutely beautiful building and her apartment is wonderful and perfect for her. I see all the activities they have and I see the schedule in her room. They are in the same ballpack as other places. I hope my kids will put me in here when I need a home like this because it is an absolutely beautiful building.

Management is doing a good job for what they have to do. For the most part the housekeeping and maintenance is going good. All in all, I think the caregivers are doing okay.

I think the food is good and I like the activities. I really appreciate the things they do for the seniors. A lot of staff are really caring people and really care about my mom.
