Rutherford House

We're very happy with the accommodations. It's a nice apartment with a nice big bathroom, he's got lots of room. The housekeepers are always taking care of his room, it's always clean, and the hallways, common areas, and public bathrooms are always clean. I'm happy with the value and it's well worth what we pay for him to be there with the care that he gets.

Management is real accessible and the healthcare staff has been awesome to my mother-in-law, she loves all of them and they seem real genuinely compassionate. Penny does an awesome job with the activities; we love the family nights, those have been real good.

I feel like they offer a lot of things and it is great place for Mom to be. I think there are great activities offered. She does participate in the exercise which is awesome. I am so happy she does because that is helping her stay active and strong. The care she gets is perfectly fine.

The healthcare staff is very good with her and the maintenance department is pretty good too; we've had no problems there. She seems to like all of the activities, so those are fine and they're doing good. It's been an excellent experience and the staff is wonderful.

Mom is comfortable there. Erica, the Director, is doing a wonderful job. Mom’s a social butterfly and goes down to everything. She loves the activities. Housekeeping and laundry look to be going fine. Maintenance is wonderful and the care givers are responsive. She’s got one of the bigger apartments. The value is good.

If I go to management with anything I know she will take care of it for me. They seem to keep them pretty busy during the week with activities.

The mangement staff has been very good about everything. They seem to have a lot of things offered in activities for Dad to do. We enjoy the family night when they have it. As for the building, it is always clean and everything works well. It is a very well-kept community.

I think Rutherford House is one of the best priced places in the area and the residents worry about each other, which is nice. The place is clean and the housekeeping staffing is good about her room.

Mom has been a resident there for six or seven years, and the value is good. I think the care givers do a pretty good job as far as taking care of their physical needs. Maintenance and housekeeping seem to be okay. He apartment is always vacuumed and cleaned. They've got Erica running Rutherford House now as the Director, she knows the people, sees how things go. She's the best person for that position. Mom feels safe and comfortable there.

They absolutely take care of her needs and she has no complaints with housekeeping. She praises them constantly. They do them to her standards and she does the white glove test. The maintenance staff are constantly keeping the community updated. The care staff are excellent. They have educated us on what to look for with our loved one.
