The value is very good. The place is well kept and it's very attractive. The staff is clean and friendly. From the minute she walked in, the maintenance man has been personable and attentive. My mother is very happy with the activities and plays bingo. I have seen some places that weren't really cheery or had positive vibes, but I get all of that from this community. It's a better value for the dollar than her previous location. I feel very good about my mother's security there. Overall, I am very happy with the community, setup and the people.

All of the staff that I've encountered at the community has been excellent. They're helpful, caring and really try hard. The building has always looked great and the apartment maintenance is satisfactory. Every time I have eaten there myself, the food has been wonderful and I am satisfied with the wait service. The management seems to do well and they're accessible. The housekeeping staff do what they're supposed to.

It is a good value and a very nice place. The apartment housekeeping and building maintenance has been good, she's had no issues. The care staff has been very good and if I call with a problem they respond pretty immediately.

I know all the nurses there now, and I think they are a godsent. They have two guys there who take care of the maintenance issues. If I have an issue, it's addressed on the same day. The grounds are beautiful, and there is no trash laying around. The room is spotless, and they keep them spotless. I think of this place as a home I want to live in. There is always some activity going on, and the whole thing is geared towards socialization. The dining room is without a doubt some of the best food I've ever eaten. The chef certainly knows what he's doing. The dining service has been excellent, so I have no complaints. My wife is getting her value's worth for her money. They know what they're doing here. I wish I put her in there from day one because she is thriving there.

The woman in management that I talked to was extremely professional and gave me her own private cell phone number if I had any issues with my mother. She was very attentive and classy. The setting of the place is good because they have an outdoor courtyard where you can go out and get sun. My mother has significantly improved. The nurse is excellent there too. She will call me for the littlest thing. The care givers are very good. My mother loves it.

The price point of the community is very good, and the value of what my mother is getting is good. The healthcare girls have been very attentive and friendly, and they're very good about calling when they're concerned. The building is clean, well laid, and manageable. The maintenance manager is fantastic. He is so responsive. He knows the residents, and if he says he is going to be there, he does it. He is definitely to be applauded. They seemed to have moved the heavier meal to noon, which is is a very southern tradition, and it's better healthwise. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable. I think the layout is lovely, so maybe I will move there some day.

Corey has been stellar, she's responsive and is a problem solver. The food seems to be good and the dining staff is very helpful and attentive. The move in went very smoothly and everybody absolutely went out of their way to be accommodating and welcoming to my dad.

Housekeeping does pretty good and the staff are pleasant to work with. Everything is fine and the people are fine.

The management is very good. The housekeeping is very good, it is clean, orderly and always smells good. The building is gorgeous.

Her room is very nice and she loves it. The kitchen people are wonderful and George has been very good with her. My mother loves the church service on Monday, the bingo, and the live entertainment on Thursday is really impressive. The building is beautiful, it looks like a hotel. My mother loves it.
