We are pleased with them. We are glad dad likes it so much. I know my dad enjoys all the activities. They are always wanting him to get involved. My dad loves to hang picutres, and the maintenance staff are always coming to help him with the picture hanging. He is like Mr. Social over there, and I contribute that to the management team. The nurses really worked with him to adjust to the new system. The activities just went above and beyond. Everyone is kind in the dining department. I was really impressed with the service. The management went above and beyond to get my dad adjusted. He is so adjusted now that he loves it.

I do think that Chris, the one that runs the place, certainly does keep his face right there. He will stop and talk to you. He is an excellent communicator. I find all the girls very pleasant. I think it is an excellent choice, and we are happy. I'd say they do a really good job with the care. The care staff is very good. The transportation service is good. The maintenance team is very good. He has definitely done better since he has been there. The food is good.

Based on the price they were charging compared to other communities that I looked at, I would say that it was a very good value. The management team was committed and dedicated to providing the best care for the residents. The caregivers were also all very dedicated. She liked the food they had. There were enough activities. Housekeeping did a good job. She had an issue with her air conditioning this summer, but they fixed it immediately. Within a few hours, everything was good. She was very happy her,e and I was very satisfied with the level of care and attention she received while living here.

When we first toured over there, my uncle said he was not interested in any of the activities. He is totally involved, and I think a lot of it has to do with her interaction. In maintenance, the communication is great.The care staff are very approachable and respectful. We had issues with the door, and the maintenance team fixed it right away. We had them install a ceiling fan, and it was the same thing. The building is really nice. It seemed very well kept. We have no complaints about housekeeping. They are offered on a consistent basis. I think the food is nice and varied. The variety is good, and the service is good. The servers know his name and seem to know what he likes ahead of time. Everyone is really nice. The management seems accessible and responsive.

I am so satisfied. I am satisfied with the way they handled my mother and never felt like she was being neglected in anyway. My father is there, and he is happy. I give that place high regards. I think the building is beautiful. It doesn't smell. They have beautiful plants outside. I think the care staff are super respectful, and I think they are angels. They were very good with my mother. For a year, they managed my father's meds, and they were spot on. My father has never felt better in his life. The maintenance were kind and generous with the time I needed to clean out my mother's room. The building is bright cheert, and everyone is kind. The dining staff is very nice. I think management does a great job. They have done a remarkable job of putting up with my father. They calm him down, and are doing right by him. I was grateful that my mom was there. I haven't run into anybody that hasn't been accessible and responsive to what I ask them. I think it is worth the money.

When my dad had to move to memory care, my mom stayed in her apartment. Management worked it out financially for my mom and helped us coordinate all that. They are great. The maintenance man was amazing during my dad's move to memory care. He is awesome. My mom's apartment is excellent. She hasn't had any issues with the transportation. She loves the activities and partakes in everything. The caregivers are good. The price is fine for what they do for my mom. The staff is awesome, and they couldn't have helped us or supported us more during my dad's last days. The staff was awesome.

(As Debbie, no initial) My mother-in-law's doctor services the community and initially recommended it. Just by visiting it, we saw it was new, and I liked all the activities. Whenever I ask questions, the care givers answer them and communicate well with me. The entire staff is very friendly and all the residents seem happy. I just think it's a really nice place. Overall, they do a good job.

I chose the community after their sales explained how they work with the residents in terms of redirecting and how the residents are treated. Plus, the place is beautiful, so overall, the atmosphere and care. Thus far, management has been anxious to help and their attitudes are friendly. The healthcare staff are all very attentive, friendly and a pleasure to work with. There is a variety in the activities and there is enough for the residents to do. The apartment maintenance is satisfactory. All in all, they have been exceptional and my mother feels both, safe and comfortable. My husband wants to know when we can go there, but I think we can wait a while.

It's a great place. I feel totally safe. I can exercise, the scenery is great, the food is good, and the staff is wonderful. We get scenic trips and fun outings, it's wonderful. Transportation here for medical appointments is excellent. The care givers are so great. They keep great records. I feel comfortable with them. Maintenance is great, excellent, so is housekeeping. The activities are great, and dining is excellent. The food is great. I find the management team to be very helpful. I love this place.
