The executive director is outstanding. He's very responsive to my concerns and requests, both in writing and verbally. Everything we've asked for has been done and that's very impressive. I find the price to be really fair and the executive director is really mindful on keeping a close eye on their care plan to make sure he's not paying for anything that he doesn't really need. He's very conscientious, which is something I really appreciate. I trust these people with my parents.

Management always has a positive attitude and are very helpful. The quality of the food is good and I appreciate that they have activities there. They have gone over and above to accommodate him personally if he needs to go to the store. I communicate with them often and they've always been able to explain to me why things are happening. They respond whenever I have an inquiry.

The price is comparable to others but the care and vibe is so much better than others. They are good at being receptive to my concerns or hearing my input about my mom. Everything to do with music, she has absolutely loved. The building and grounds are wonderful. They look very nice.

The Director is absolutely amazing and it filters down as people take their lead from him. He is open, friendly and takes care of problems immediately. Otherwise, I haven't encountered anyone there who is not doing the job properly. The care is very good and housekeeping staff keep it clean. If I had to move in myself to some place tomorrow, it'd be Sage Desert and I have referred many people to the community. Overall, I am thrilled to have found a community that actually lives up to its promises.

The management team has been just fantastic. They have been super supportive to dad and to the rest of the family. The food is excellent and it's served in senior portions which I'm very impressed with. It's just unbelieveable how well they do everything in the dining room and the wait staff are so friendly and nice. They interact really well with the residents and their guests, they're very cheerful and happy, it's a pleasure to be around them. The activities director is terrific. They have all kinds of trips and things available. My father-in-law goes to the movies and plays pool with a couple of older guys.

Dad is adjusting and seems to be all right and mom is really happy with the place. The managers have been doing very well. My dad says the food is good and the activities have been very good. They keep him active, take him places, and play games. It’s a new building and housekeeping and laundry are very good. As far as the care and all that I am very happy with it. The one care giver who usually works with dad is really in tune to his moods. So far, so good on the value. I know he is safe, and he is comfortable.

The management has been very responsive. If something needs to be done they do it right away. The care has been very good as well.

Things are organized and handled very well and they offer quite a few activities. I go to bingo and they have a lot of outings and stuff. They keep the place up very well. The care staff are very friendly and do the best they can. They do everything they need to do for us.

The price is pretty standard for the market and the value is good. The managers seem to be on the premises 90% of the time and respond to questions. Dining and the service is good. The calendar of activities looks like fun stuff. It's a new building, it's in overall nice shape. The care givers are excellent, they are fabulous. They always answer the phone, 24/7, and the response is excellent, and the staff is caring and efficient. The nurse-practitioner there is great, the staff is communicative, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I feel like the care they are getting and the environment is top notch. If there is an incident they will contact me right away. They have a good time with the activities and they are very well organized.
