The reason we moved him over there was because of the price, and I think the accommodations are very nice. Also, he feels safe and comfortable at the community. The care is good, and everything seems to be in good working order when we visit. There is always some kind of activity going on, and they have a lot of different things, like with exercise people coming in or going the zoo. He always has fresh clothes. Management has been both respectful and knowledgeable when I speak with them. All in all, he gets interaction from the staff and he has residents to talk to, so he is very happy there. They make us very happy.

I am satisfied with the management.They have been very attentive and answered all of my questions. The service in the dining room is timely, and from what he says, they are all very helpful. In regards to the activities, they do give the residents opportunity to join in and socialize and get their bodies moving. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are very helpful. In regards to the transportation, the residents are treated as people. There is a lot of personal interaction between the bus drivers and the people that ride the bus. They are very willing to accommodate the needs of the people. The bus is in good condition. The care givers have done an excellent job with him.

The care staff are very good. We have never had an issue. It is very good when you go in, it is very well kept up, it is a nice facility and I have recommended it whenever it comes about. I know that she is comfortable and happy there which makes me happy.

It's a good price. Jason, who is in memory care, has been really listening and taking care of everything. Care services are really good, they are very efficient. The housekeeping is really good and we love the activities, too.

We chose the community for mom because of the location. The price is comparable and she gets three meals a day, cleaning, laundry, care, the activities, it's very comfortable. She's happy with the care she's getting. Overall they've done a good job.

They made a really hard transition very easy for us. Their communication is excellent. The nurses have been exceptional and really awesome. He went from saying he'd never leave his house, to never complaining about living there. All is good.

They really, really care and take personal interest in you. That is the most welcoming part of the whole process. They see that you are settled in and it is just great. There is plenty going on all day long and the variety is good. There is lots of opportunity for interaction and there are also things for people to do individually. The staff is very open to discussion. You never get a cold shoulder or a no. They have time to listen to people. They really respond to people very well.
