Sage Harbor at Baywinde

I love the change in management. They have made so many changes in the memory care area that it is almost overwhelming. The food has always been good and the menus are varied. I think they do a pretty good job of trying to meet the demands of all the population. I have always thought highly of the nursing staff.

They have a refreshment station and there is always water and coffee available. You can definitely rely on three meals a day and good nutrition. They seem to have quite a few activities and they always have things going on that fit the residents. The apartment has been very clean. They have a schedule when they do her laundry and the housekeeping has been excellent. The building is very nice and my mom loves the flowers that are planted around. The building seems to be clean and well kept. The care givers are all very sweet and very friendly.

We chose the community because of proximity to family, but also the amenities. I am satisfied with the accommodations received, they offer a variety of activities and there is a good selection on the menu during the dining experience. The care is fine and the apartment cleaning is great, so the management has been fabulous.

I really like my apartment, my bedroom fits a king size bed and more and in my living room I have full size furniture, everything fits. Everybody here seems to be competent, capable, friendly, and helpful.

The dining staff was very accommodating and the nursing caregivers were wonderful. They were very caring, they were always asking about what was needed. Maintenance was excellent, I can't say enough about them. Everything was very clean, neat and tidy.

The people I have met and dealt with were very nice and very welcoming and very polite. My mother seems to like the food there and all the times I have been there the apartment seems very clean. My mother loves the maintenance guy. His name is John and she rants and raves about him.

My mother is totally safe there and we are totally pleased with her apartment. The nursing staff does an admirable job taking care of all the people and the management are friendly and efficient. I've got nothing but good things to say about the place.

My mother was in another residence prior to Baywinde and I would pick Baywinde over the other anytime. Everyone is looking for the best value and the best care in that price range it is affordable without sacrificing care. I love my nursing girls; they are like family.

I am satisfied with everything here. The management does everything right. The food is excellent. The housekeeping is very good and laundry is excellent.

I had been checking out Sage Harbor for a few years. We have had friends and family members that have had residents here. The people that are working there will go to any lengths to help you out. They are really great, friendly and welcoming.
