Sage Harbor at Baywinde

I think the value at this community is phenomenal. The variety of the food is well received by my mother and the servers are very friendly. This community does a fantastic job with the activities and there is a lot of variety. The activities are very good. Housekeeping is very good at what they do and they do what they tell my mother they are going to do. This community looks very nice and my mother is thrilled with the transportation. The caregivers are timely and my mother gets her medication given to her. This is my favorite community my mom has been in.

It seemed like they engaged the residents, my aunt just thought it looked like it wouldn't be a depressing place; she liked how the people were involved. Pat, the Director is wonderful, she's very approachable and nice, and the nursing staff seems nice. I think, for the most part, dining is okay and so are the people that come in and play music. I think generally we're happy with it.

My sister has been very happy with the dining. Housekeeping vacuums every day and the laundry appears to be fine. Her clothes are clean. The transportation seems to be adequate and the caregivers are all very nice. My sister is very happy at this community.

My friend has been at the community a number of years now and things seem to be going pretty well. The transportation services are very good, I believe the drivers are very nice, it seems very accessible, it gets her out and using it to go to doctor's appointments is very helpful. The healthcare staff is very good, that's why she is where she is. Overall I'm very happy with our decision and she thanks me all the time.

The staff are very attentive and concerned about the people.The dining room always appears to be very clean. The food looks nicely done, well rounded and appetizing. The housekeeping and laundry are very good. My mother doesn't have a problem with lost clothing. The care staff are very intune with what my mothers medical chart is and are able to keep up with the changes.

The care was very good. I thought the responsiveness to what ever my sister needed and the cleanliness was everything I would hope for. There always seemed to be somebody near her that could help her. Everything seemed to be in good working order. It is a nice building and they are keeping it up well. The price that we paid was consistent with what they gave us.

Sage Harbor at Baywinde is a very nice place so I'd say the value for my mother is high. Management is very good, they have a fair amount of activities for the residents and they have excellent food, so it's nice to sit down at the dining room table. We ate a number of times there with her for 3 course meals, so it's like a nice restaurant and it's always a pleasant experience. I think housekeeping services does more than an adequate job and the community itself is clean and kept up, there is no garbage in any of the aisles. Regarding her care, the healthcare staff is all very pleasant and nice. They call me with any concerns and they seem attentive towards her so from what I see, they are a caring bunch.

Two of the main reasons we chose the community were the location and if my mom needed the higher level of care, Memory Care, they have it in the same place. A friend of hers lives there in the Independent Living so that was a consideration as well. I think the food is great, she's very happy with it, there's plenty of selection. I think the activities are great, she loves the bingo and goes to the movies and exercises, there are a lot of things she likes to do in house. The housekeeping is great; I think they do a really nice job both inside and outside.

My mom says she likes it there, I don't know where else she could go for that price and get your entertainment, food and everything else. I find the housekeeping to be very good and I think outside is beautiful, they do a very good job maintaining it.

I live at Sage Harbor, and overall, I am safe and comfortable here. The management staff is always approachable and the healthcare services are very good. They seem to do a good job with housekeeping and they have a lot of activities. I used the transportation services once for the dentist and it was very good.
