Sage Harbor at Baywinde

I live here at Sage Harbor and have no complaints about the services and accomodations. If one thing doesn't suit you there's generally something else you can find to eat that's pretty good and the service is excellent. I haven't had any complaints in regards to the maintenance or housekeeping. I have no problems with the management staff and if I do I complain and it gets taken care of

Overall, we were satisfied with my father's stay. The healthcare staff were responsive if I had to check on anything and they always seemed to be on top of things and were able to answer my questions about how my father was feeling. Everything was always pretty much kept up outside. I did see the staff clean often and vacuum and upkeep of the rest of the areas. I think overall the management staff keep everything moving along and are available to talk to when I need them.

All the services offered her are good and the staff are all very capable. The apartment I have is nice and I am totally happy with it. I think the food is good and the service from the dining department is excellent The housekeeping does a good job taking care of the carpeting and cleaning the bathroom. Whenever I come in from being away for awhile I can see they have been there and spruced up the place. The building is in great shape. Everything in my apartments is working. I haven't had any significant failures. The heat works, the lights work, the TV works, so to me everything is working fine for me. I have not noticed any shortcomings anywhere concerning staff, service, friendliness or food.

I chose Sage Harbor at Baywinde because my father-in-law had lived there also and I feel good leaving my mom there. Management has been great from the start to when my mom moved in. If they have any concerns they call me. There is so much for my mom to do at the community. It seems like almost every hour on the hour you have something going on, which is great. I feel very safe with my mother being there and I feel they're keeping a good watch on her.

This is a nice community and if a person is able, there is a lot offered there. My mother's apartment was perfect for her. The management team is very helpful. Any questions I had, they would answer. They have a lot to offer. My mother seemed to like everything she ate and she was impressed with the dining room. The staff were very nice. This community offers a lot of activities. The housekeeping was good and the whole place looks great. Maintenance helped move her from the assisted living to the memory care unit. The caregivers were very good about communication. Everytime my mom fell, they were conscious of her situation and would give me a call to let me know. This is a very nice community.

Since my mom moved in five years ago, she and I have a good repoire with the nurses here. She has no problem with cleaning and laundry. Her room is always nice and clean. My mom really enjoys the comraderie with the musical activities. I have had good communication with the management staff here for the past five years.

The staff just embrace these folks, it's not just with my own parents, I've seen them care and joke and just love on these folks like they were their own parents or grandparents. The staff is just, every single person on the staff down to the buildings and grounds, are very attentive and know my parents by first name. They're just very very personable. I feel like they're my family more than a staff. The management staff is present, they're not hiding behind closed doors. Any time I have called them, I've gotten a prompt response time. I absolutely love it there, I adore the staff, they have put my mind at tremendous ease knowing my parents are both safe and sound in a healthy environment where people care. I can't say enough about it. Any time anybody asks, I highly refer them to Baywinde.

Management gets back to me, follows through on promises, and they work with me. Every day there are a lot of activities for my mom to choose from. The board tells you what's happening that day, and it seems like there is always something going on for them. Maintenance does a nice job keeping everything looking good inside and out. They helped us with the move into Memory Care. They take care and fix everything. In Assisted Living and Memory Care, the caregivers are good. They're always very nice, always in a good mood, and help me deal with my mom. It's a good place here, I've already recommended it.

The food is excellent. It's always served on time and hot. They have music and a lot of variety in activities. You can go out shopping, exercise downstairs, see a movie, you can do whatever you want. They do a good job with laundry. I think the maintenance is good, they've helped me out when something was beeping and when my heater needed fixing. They have two gals here who have been so good to me. I broke my hip, can’t walk well, and if I call for assistance they're here in a minute. They make me laugh so I don’t feel so bad. I like it a lot, my daughter is signing me up for another month here.

Since moving my mom in the dining, housekeeping and maintenance have been good. There are activities offered, but my mom doesn't participate much. Overall the staff, the aides, are really good. I commend them. They've all been wonderful.
