My mother lives at the community and I feel very confident she’s getting the very best of care. Management is communicative, the housekeeping is consistently good, and maintenance has been prompt and helpful. The transportation services have been wonderful, and there seem to be plenty of activities available. The staff are friendly, always willing to help, and the building itself is very nice. For everything that’s included, I think the price is very fair and I highly recommend it.

Dad lives at this community and he loves it there. Management replies quickly, the front desk is super friendly, he raves about the food, he always has activities he enjoys doing, laundry services have been good, the maintenance guys are patient, and the care staff extremely nice and helpful. In general, he feels safe, comfortable, and they didn't have a single case of COVID during the pandemic.

I'm dealing with Sally Kramer and she has been on point with all of the billing and finances Any requests that we have, she seems to be fine. When I go to visit her, her clothes are washed and her floors are clean and the bathroom is clean and the bed is made and she is usually in her chair. There are no odors; we are very happy with the cleanliness of her room.
I have been treated fine and have had no problems at all since I have been here at this community. I feel that everybody is respectful and friendly and they memorize the resident's names which is a plus. It really is a quite satisfactory place to be and I would definitely recommend this community to others.
The management staff are always on top of everything. I have been there a few times and they are always friendly and caring and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? The care my aunt is getting has been good. The care staff are very respectful and knowledgeable. From what I have seen, when I am there they are very good with her. The activities are satisfactory. My aunt is always doing something over there, and for the services my aunt is getting the price seems to be reasonable. Plus, she seems to be very happy with her apartment and the building is very well maintained inside and out. I would recommended it. I am quite satisfied with how they have been.

Every time I message management or email them with a question, they get back to me, so they are very responsive and very friendly. My dad is always raving about the food, every time I go there to visit him, his room is spotless, and it's all very good. The care staff are just so friendly and whenever we come to visit, they always say hi. They are all just super nice.
