Sage Mountain

The activity staff really tries to get the people in the memory care unit involved and they produce a lot of activities which seems to be ongoing. I have been at some of the exercise sessions and that seems to be really good as well. The housekeeping is pretty good and the room seems to always be clean. Everything throughout the building always seems to be working and the landscaping looks great. It is always in pristine condition. There have been no problems with the healthcare staff and when something is going on the staff will respond immediately.

The management at the community is very responsive. They always make themselves available to me and my mother. They are also very courteous and helpful. The servers in the dining room are very courteous and helpful as well. They go above and beyond the call of duty. The food is very good. My mother gets as much as she wants on the menu. We have already recommended the community to others.

They've always been very respectful, and they answer all of my questions. I think the maintenance is good, and I think the housekeepers are doing a good job, too. She loves the activities. I've been there several times when they've had entertainment. so they keep the residents busy. I think the management is good as well. I'm very likely to recommend this community.

Joey, in management, has been very accommodating and receptive. The food is fine and there is enough variety on the menu. The building is very nice and the caregivers do pretty good. I like that they have cookies up front. That is nice for guests and the residents.

The dining service is very good. Everything seems to be well maintained in the building. This is a brand new community, so everything is top notch. Maintenance responds pretty quickly. The transportation has been good. The nurses seem pretty qualified. We are overall pretty happy. I have already recommended it.

I just think everyone there was really great. Not only did they attend to Syd's need, but they attended to ours. They were always communicative. I think there was all kinds of things happening. It was good they weren't just plopped down in front of the TV set. There were different choices of things to do on different days. The building was beautiful. It was a well maintained, lovely facility. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. They had their eye on what was going on.

The nursing staff have learned to read my mother and take care of her needs.They take good care of her and are very respectful. The building is beautiful. Everything is clean and seems so bright. I think that the laundry is great. Most activities are enjoyable, and the decorations are nice. I haven't had any negative experiences with management.

The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable and accessible. I always tell the maintenance staff that things look beautiful. The housekeeping services always do their work when they say they're going to do it. My husband and I have always liked the dining and the wait service is good. If I have any questions, the management finds out for me right away. They have been great. All in all, the value is perfect and he realizes that things are very nice. The staff is friendly and always provide the very best care. He considers them as family and they treat us like they treat him.

The director of the facility down to the women who do the laundry and room cleaning are all super sensistive to her needs. Everyone there understands her needs, complies with her needs and complies with my requests. When I do bother them they are very helpful and very friendly. They are a joy to work with and I'm glad they take care of her. I feel safe in the fact that I don't have to see her more than once per week. I'm very comfortable with her being there.

It buys me some peece of mind that she is in there. The management that I have the primary interaction with is the head nurse Krista. She is the reason I transferred my mother to that facility. I think Krista is fabulous. I think they try really hard to engage the people that live there. My mother is not someone who likes to participate, but often times when I go there to visit she is participating. It is a brand new facility, I am not aware that anything is broken or needs to be repaired. The condition of the building is quite good. Whoever did the decor did a really nice job. It seems to be well lit and I don't notice any tripping hazards.
