Saranac Village at Will Rogers

I love the variety of choices. I think it is neat to have soup served before your main meal. Every day it is a different soup. Now that really takes some planning. The housekeeping and laundry is wonderful. I love it. Your wash in done in one day. It is down, up, and folded all in one day. The maintenance staff are wonderful. If I need something they are Johnny on the spot. You just fill out a form and it is done. They have several vans here. You just sign up if you have appointments or want to go to church. It is available. I have a car but I really don't need it here. It just sits in the lot because I would prefer to use the van.

My apartment is lovely, the housekeeping is excellent, excellent, excellent. They are very dedicated to cleanliness. It is nice to be in a clean atmosphere. The maintenance team is excellent, the dining servers are very responsible and caring and maintenance is very caring. If you have a problem they come right away to give you assistance. I appreciate the expediency of their service. Everything is fine here and I am happy.

Everybody is so nice, and management helps me so much. They are on the ball and do a good job. If I have any sort of problem and tell them at the front desk, they immediately solve it for me. The food here is excellent, and they let you pick what you want to eat. The housekeeping is absolutely the best. She shows up every Thursday at 10am. She does the washing and brings it back clean, and the other person comes in to clean. I don't get my apartment very dirty, but they clean it anyways. I am amazed at this place. Everything everyone said about this place is true. It is even better than what people told me.

The maintenance staff is right on things, and the building looks satisfactory. Cleaning services are perfect, and the laundry room is very nice. They work so hard to please everyone during the dining experience, and they accommodate residents with all their different tastes. The executive director was so helpful with getting the arrangements together for us and showing me the apartments that were available. The accommodations work well, and the services are pretty inclusive, so I'd say the value is pretty fair. Overall, we feel extremely safe and comfortable. It's been very pleasant.

The maintenance guys do everything. This is a beautiful, big buidling. It's splendid. The gentleman who operates the transportation vehicles pays close attention. They do very well for what they have. The maintenance team is efficient, and they're dependable. They come when you need them, and they're polite and courteous. The housekeepers are superb. You can't beat the activites. The activities director is dynamite. The variety of food is wonderful, and the quality is terrific. The service is excellent. The management team is sensitive, caring, and thoughtful. They see jobs to be done to help people, and they jump right in to do it. They could not have a better staff. The value is there. I'm delighted. I'm very proud of Will Rogers. I've given a recommendation to so many people.

The community is definitely giving us much value as possible. They are doing the absolute best with building maintenance. The housekeepers are excellent, and they're so diligent. There is an enormous amount of activities, and people get enormous pleasure out of them. They are very well matched for the population as whole, and they're very supportive of the folks with difficulty walking. There are lots of choices during dining. The salad bar is excellent and the wait staff is just absolutely wonderful. Management is very responsive, and they seem to have our interests in mind. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable. I have a large apartment, and I love it.

Management was very helpful. They were willing to bend over backwards to do whatever they had to do. They were very accessible. They drove her to functions and to church, and that was great. Jenny and Hannah Marlow were both great. The housekeepers changed her bed once a week. She enjoyed the talks and lectures, and she went to the movies.

They are very congenial and easy to work with. If there are any problems, you have access to Jamie or Hannah right away. The problem usually gets solved or starts getting solved within a day. The food is excellent. She does a good job with the choices and tries to cover all the bases. The activities are varied, and anytime anyone expresses an interest in something, they will try to do that. There is so much offered that it is above board. I don't think any facility would have a better selection of activities than here. We get laundry and housekeeping done once a week. They come in and do an excellent job. They are just phenomenal, they really are. If you put in a work order, it is done within a day. I was able to give up my car and depend on them for local transportation. You can get to any of your doctor appointments or do errands in town. They will go out of town to shopping areas about a hour away because we don't have much around here. If you can't physically make it, they will shop for you.

I don't think the management could be better. They are constantly available.They are knowledgeable, and they do their job very efficiently. The menu variety is great and the dining service is excellent. The activities are wonderful and varied. Maintenance does great work. If you ask for anything, they fix it. The building is beautiful, and they keep it up wonderfully. When I use the transportation, they are helpful and polite. I have heard over and over that you get more for your money here.

I chose the community because I liked what I saw when I visited. The marketing rep was crackerjack at listening to my needs, and they offered choices that were pleasing to me. Management is fine, and everyone was so nice when I went on the tour. The maintenance staff does an admirable job with the building and are always a big help. I have a great housekeeper, and she takes care of everything I need. I like to be busy and social, and they have all sorts of things, so the activity Director is incredible. I love almost everything they serve me at dining, and the wait service is perfect. They're very attentive. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable, and I think it's a good bang for the buck.
