Saunders House

They've been so good with mom during the COVID-19. Management is pretty good, we always know what's going on. They always keep us informed if something has changed. The activities are good, and even though mom has gotten worse they still bring her down to the activities and help her participate as much as she can. Her room is always clean, and mom loves to watch the maintenance guy mow because it's right out her window. The care has always been really good. They care about the residents. They're not just residents or patients, they are family.

Everybody is so kind and helpful and family-oriented. They treat her like she is family. Mom loves them like they're family. I think it's wonderful that they keep them as busy as they do with activities. Mom does her own laundry but it's so clean there. The care staff is awesome. They are kind. They love them like they're their own family. They treat them like they're their own family. If they put their light on it doesn't take them but seconds to get there. I couldn't ask for anything better. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have her be during the current pandemic. I don't have to worry. I have peace of mind and I know she's safe and being taken care of. I miss being able to see her, but I know it's for the best. Peace of mind is huge to me, and I feel very blessed to have her there. The place is just awesome.

Everyone is friendly. My loved one is very happy with her care. The whole place appears to be in great shape. They always seem to have something to do with activities. She loves the food and says it's very good. The management team is good about communication and even respond in the evening. They are easy to talk to and give us plenty of time to go over questions. They were patient with having to meet with more than one person. They are knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of. I'm sure it's a pretty good value.

Management works synergistically together, and you can tell that they really care about the residents here. They are a great group. The director really does a great job managing and making sure that everyone has a smile on their face. That isn't easy to do, but the management is exceptional, which makes a big difference. The food is good, and the dining service is great. The staff does a nice job of having different activities and getting all the residents to participate. My mom's apartment is always clean, and the building always smells nice. This community is very homey, and the value is very good for the care she is getting.

Management has been great and is always helpful and good at what they do. The food quality is good. My sister likes the food most of the time and she likes the people who work here. She seems to enjoy the activities and takes part in a lot of the things. Housekeeping has done a good job, and everything in the building looks nice, orderly, and clean. Everything smells good. My sister is a lot healthier than she was before. She has better coloring and is feeling better. Her general health has been better since being here.

The management team is responsive and Dad likes them because they're there for him. If he needs anything, he gets it or the healthcare staff talk to me immediately. They're great, and they tell me that they love him. There isn't anything to fix in his apartment, and the building is very well maintained. There are no problems at all with the apartment cleaning or laundry. There are numerous activities that are always on the board. He likes the dining, and the service staff do a good job serving the residents. All in all, he feels safe and comfortable. He is satisfied with the value, services, and accommodations he receives at the community. From support staff to med techs to nursing, there are no problems.

He has good care and whatever he needs. He has a good place to sleep, good food to eat and good accommodations. I would recommend it to anybody. The management staff are very knowledgeable and polite when I speak to them. Dad always says the food is good. He has never had a bad meal there. He says the gals are very helpful, polite and gets whatever he needs.

The management team is really good. Mom really enjoys all of the activities that they do, it's fun. Mom loves it there, it's a good place to live.

I think the activities are nice and they try really hard. He does quite a few of them. He goes on the outings and plays games.

If I have a question or problem they are right on it. The care that she gets is great. Mom is happy with the meals. I think they do real good with the serving of meals, they know the residents they are dealing with. They are very attentive. I love that they get her out of her room for activities.
