Management is very responsive. I think the activities are good, housekeeping is fine and the building is beautiful. The care is excellent. I think the value is pretty good.

Management is very responsive to my mother's needs and are very friendly. They offer a lot of family activities and overall we are satisfied with the housekeeping. The caregivers are good with my mom and are outstanding. The price and her accommodations are good.

Management is very open and they answer right away when you call. I don't have to do anything because they are taking care of all of it. My dad loves the food, the variety is really great and the dining service is fine. You can tell the food is homemade. My dad is really pleased with the activities, the maintenance is great and the care is great. The caregivers contact either me or my sister right away when there is an issue. This community feels like home to him.

For all they do for my father, the price is a good value. There are quite a few activities such has arts and crafts, bingo, gardening, field trips, music and other things. They went out of their way to give a 103 year old a wonderful birthday. It was a lovely day and it was so nice for him.

Management is very nice and the healthcare staff is always on top of things. She's always happy with the food. Anything we've asked for has been taken care of.

They have gone above and beyond to help me get my mom here, settled, and acclimated. They have been amazing and exceptionally helpful. She was at the last place for eight years, and the care, the quality, the people make a huge difference and you can't put a price on that. She loves the food there and that means the world to her.

We are very happy and dad is happy with everything that is going on here. If dad is happy then we are happy. Management is very good and lets us know different things that are going on. The service in the dining room is good and dad says that the gals are very good towards him. The food is usually good and the staff let us know when activities are going on. The building and grounds look real nice. They keep it up real nice there. We have recommended it to several people because when you get good service you are going to share it with other people.

My mom seems to be happy here. The caregivers are very good and do everything well.She is happy with the activities they offer. She plays bingo religiously and does the exercise classes.

Our mom lives at Saunders House and she is thriving there, so she seems to be very happy. The management team is very good, the dining service is satisfactory and here, she goes to activities, going out and tried the crafts, so it's really been an excellent experience. Even right now, she is trying to get people to go the community and I do the same at work. She's thriving there!

Everything that I have seen at this community is really good and the staff seems to care about the residents. My mother tells me how easily she can sleep at night because it is quiet and no one bothers her at night. She feels very comfortable here and has adjusted well. Management has done everything we have asked and they answered all our questions. We had a situation but they handled it well and professionally. My mom really enjoys the food. attention for what she needs. They have been real accommodating and they answer our questions. If they don't have an answer, they always get back to me. That is really good. This is a good place for anyone looking for assisted living.
