The Seasons

Management always seems friendly and on top of everything. The food is good, she is always raving about the activities and she is pretty happy with the housekeeping. It seems like the community is always in great shape and I haven't noticed anything out of place or that needs to be worked on. Maintenance is pretty responsive. We thought this community had the best value compared to the other places we looked at.

Overall the management is great. The staff is friendly and things are done on time. The dining staff greets you by name and they know everyone here. The dining service is quite good. Housekeeping comes once a week and I am satisfied with it. The maintenance is good and when I have needed something like a new lightbulb they respond right away. This is a great place to be if you need extra help. I am not unhappy at all and they really treat you like part of the family. This community is really friendly and I feel very safe here. They have done everything that I have asked for and the people in charge really care about the people here. I feel like I am a part of a large extended family here.

My mother has been in at least 2 other communities, so I have a good base of comparison and this is really a terrific place. They do a great job with the building and landscaping, even doing stuff you wouldn't expect, like outdoor decorations for Halloween or Easter to make it homey and festive for the residents. Housekeeping services complete chores in a timely and routine manner. She is so happy and very impressed with the activities, having been downtown and visiting historical sites. I am satisfied with the food quality and variety on the menu. The management is doing a great job of keeping people informed. Overall, she feels safe, comfortable and it's a generally well run place. When I talk to other people shopping around, I say it's probably the best community around here.

I've talked to a number of people and I've told them that I've been here a little over five years. I have been very comfortable here. My kids are very comfortable with me being here because they know that, when I do have a medical problem, I will be taken care of. My apartment was in good shape when I came in, but maintenance will come in and change a lightbulb if a lightbulb goes off. The housekeeping services are very good. They clean the apartment every two weeks. In terms of activities, they have enough variety. They are very good with the residents when we are here or if we are off the premises. It's just like sitting in your living room and being with a bunch of friends. There is always something on the menu that I can et, and the dining service is very good. I know most of the employees here pretty well. I see them and I can wave to them, so we have become friends. I have no problem talking to any of them. From what I understand the price is very reasonable, and my aparment is very nice.

The activities are very nice. You can partake in whatever you choose to do. It is very nice food. It is good. I love my apartment. If anything needs to be done, maintenance is very prompt in taking care of it. The building is very nice, clean, and excellent. If everyone lived the way that we live here, it would be Nirvana. This is a delightful place to live.

I think they did a lovely job when they redecorated the building, it's very attractive. Management does a very good job of getting interesting things to sign up for. The food is excellent, it's cooked very well and there are a lot of choices. The music they bring in four times a week is all excellent.

I love living here. The personnel could not be friendlier or nicer. If I need anything they get it for me or do it theirselves. They even help me with my cell phone! I really like my apartment and everyone that comes is surprised at what I live in.

The price is fair for the services I am receiving and the room is fine. I feel safe and comfortable at the community. The transportation is pretty good and it's fairly easy to schedule. The activities are pretty good and there are quite a variety of things. Dining is fine and everyone is friendly. Things are kept up pretty well and the management is very good.

They really have wonderful aides and I haven't found one where I couldn't say they were superior in some way. I am very happy at this community and enjoy the engaging activities.

The management is very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the outings, I have gone to plays and musical things. Housekeeping does a good job and maintenance takes care of things that go wrong right away.
