Settlers Park

Whenever you go in, there is always somebody there to help you. They have the best activities director there. They keep them so busy. The residents are always going some place. My mom loves it and it gets her out and about. The housekeeping is very good, and they keep her room clean. They come once a week. The overall look of the building and the maintenance of the building looks really good. My mother is prone to falling, and there is always somebody right there to help her. The care givers keep up on her medications very well. She is healthier since she moved in there.That is a huge advantage. If there are any issues with her health there, they keep me informed.

It's always clean and they're always accommodating. The courtyard is beautiful and they keep is maintained very well. Management seems to do very well and she's very pleased with them. I think it's the nicest place she's ever been in.

My Mom was there for two years and the staff were always Johnny on the spot and made her feel comfortable. They did a great job making things easy for me and my Mom. Mom felt safe there and felt like it was home.

I think they do a really good job for my mother-in-law. The food looks and smells good, and the wait staff is very respectful.They always have activities going on and available. The staff is upbeat and enthusiastic and always ask residents to participate. There's regularly scheduled activities on the calendar and also family events and social events. Everything is always taken care of by maintenance. The care workers are always nice, return our calls, communicate well, and answer all our questions. Her room is really good. It's a great place in our community.

There's always something to do, they have outings, I don’t know how they do it all. There's a great variety of activities, the residents enjoy it. They have music, someone comes in to do nails, outings, ceramics, so it's good. The care givers are overall great. They bend over backwards, she gets lonely and they laugh with her, take care of her. They all know what's going on, communication is good. I see them around and available. The head managers are always extremely helpful. If something needs to be resolved, they're right on it. They’re kind and I really appreciate them. The care she gets is above and beyond.

She's super happy, she smiles all the time, she loves it. Everybody has been really nice and helpful to her when she needs something. Her room is awesome, housekeeping is really nice and helpful with her.

I think the healthcare staff do an excellent job and I have no problem getting good answers, so the care my father receives is almost too good. When I go out there I am impressed with the housekeeping quality and laundry is taken care of. They have activities to participate in and communication with management is very good, so he is happy there and I don't worry.

The care givers do a very good job. They follow up, are pleasant and get him what he needs .The housekeepers are friendly and efficient. The staff build a good repoire with the residents. The building is well taken care of and it is in an attractive location.

I like it very much. I came for a two month stay and I've been here seven years. I go to exercise every weekday morning. I like the Activities Director, she keeps up busy with lots of good activities. Right now I use the transportation services here. Tuesdays and Thursdays the bus runs and I like that way, it's very good. Maintenance is good, when I need something fixed, they fix it right away. I think management is very good.

I find that this community is clean and comfortable. We find it very nice to go there and take my mom out of the locked side. She enjoys that. This community has a lot of options for activities. They have a lot of outdoor activities like elk and deer viewing. They go on picnics in the summer and they take them to a ceramics class.
