The Sheridan at Chesterfield

I know Denise and Trish, in management, and they're friendly, competent, and professional. They pay attention to details and know their residents and what their needs are, I'm just totally impressed with the whole operation. I think Ben does a great job with the dining, there's a great selection with really great quality. He did a prime rib and salmon, all of them are friendly and do whatever they can and we're very happy with the food. They seem to be going somewhere almost every week on the bus to the botanical garden or plays, there's always a place to go and then there are five or six things a day going on, they have yappy hour dogs, happy hour with different entertainers, it's very impressive. There are things she can do every day if she wanted to, I'm a fan. It looks like the Ritz, it's a nice facility. The common area has a piano, the porch has a fireplace, she likes the beauty salon, the dining room is great, they have the arts and crafts area, they get manicures every Monday. She's getting great care. There are a lot people there and the staff are working their tails off, I'm totally happy.

Management was really good and accommodating. They suggested that we put her into memory care because of the resident to staff ratio. I visited my mom around dinner time and I would help her finish her food and it was very good. The activities were very good. The aides were patient with her and encouraged her to join in. Housekeeping was very good. Her room was clean and very nice. Maintenance helped with moving her in. They were very good. The caregivers were also very good. The aides were very sweet, patient, kind and accommodating with her. All in all, I was pretty pleased with the pricing.

I just thought it felt comfortable, open, friendly and a place I would want to visit my loved one in. I find the management staff all to be very helpful, working towards mine and my brother's needs. According to my brother, he really seems to like the dining offered. The transportation service was very nice and Chris in maintenance is doing a good job. I think I'm good with everything so far.

It's close to my work and mom needed memory care and it offered more than other places, so that is why we moved my mom in. My mom has a really nice studio apartment. Carmen, the Director of Memory Care, I appreciate all the effort she puts into keeping them entertained. They take them on bus rides and do baking. They don't just let them sit there and let life pass them by. Chris, the maintenance man, has been really good. He was real responsive when we were moving in. The satff really hold those residents at heart and are looking out for their best interests and that makes me feel comfortable.

I think the services offered matched what my parents needed and the location was good for us. We did a personal visit and tour and talked to many staff members and we were impressed with all of them. Every interaction with the management staff so far has been very positive, they're extremely responsive. They were absolutely marvelous, caring and professional. The dining staff takes the time to know not only my parents names but my name and the food is delicious. They have a lot of variety of activities. The healthcare staff has been extremely caring, attentive, and prompt to my parents. I think every service offered has been very helpful and just what we needed, it's just perfect. I just could not have asked for a better experience.

My mother in law moved into this community because we liked that it was a flat fee and it is a beautiful community. There is a large number of staff members per resident and we like that. Management did a wonderful job of explaining everything about the community. The directors have kept us informed and are always very friendly and communicative. I have been very pleased with them. My mother in law has said that this community is trying to make her fat because they are always bringing her snacks. There is plenty of food available. This community offeres enough different activities that keep the residents busy but not overwhelmed. Housekeeping does a very good job of staying on top of my mother in laws needs. Everything always looks neat and clean. Maintenance set up her TV for her. The building is always immaculate and beautifully decorated and the grounds are lovely. The caregivers are very attentive to her needs and are very friendly. They are efficient and very pleasant to work with. I think she is quite happy there.

My son and I toured it and we liked what we saw. The food is always very good. Everything about it is superb. The activites I've seen have been very good. The Activities Director, Trish, is wonderful and maintenance is excellent. I'm very happy there.

We recently chose The Sheridan at Chesterfield and the services they're providing for the price are inline with others and just right on. The entire management staff has been superb, the food is good and they're prompting him to do activities which is more than I ever expected. In terms of cleanliness, the housekeeping is good and the grounds are beautiful, so thus far we have been satisfied with the services and accommodations provided to us.

I have lived at The Sheridan at Chesterfield for the past year and the value is good because it's one of the best places around when I was looking. Management is good with listening and they respond to your needs so I am satisfied with their accessibility and responsiveness. The soups are good and if you need maintenance, they always do a good job. Overall, I am satisfied with the services provided and one of the best things is the transportation there.

I moved my husband in because I ruled it as the best value. Management was fine. The activities were great. Housekeeping was fineand they kept it clean and tidy. They did a good job on the laundry. The building was very nice. It is wonderful for assisted living. The food is excellent, the building is beautiful and the staff are wonderful.
