The Sheridan at Cooper City

The lady that runs the community is always nice. When I walk in she answers any questions that I have and she is always available. Everytime I visit my mother her room is always spotless. The housekeepers are doing a great job! Everything in her apartment works and is in good shape when I go over there.

They communicate well and they run things well. They're on top of things and I have been very pleased. The service is great. Everything is always clean and the bed is made. Everything seems to be in good repair and they seem to try to keep it that way. The person in charge of Memory Care is amazing.

They seem to be on time with the food and there is a lot of variety. I think the food is healthy, and the service is good, they seem to be aware and sensitive of everyone needing to be fed.

My wife joins her sister at meals and just raves about the food. The staff does a great job with the activities. They have a great variety of activities, and I love them. The building is very well maintained, and I have never seen a more proficient cleaning anywhere. The caregivers are excellent and outstanding people. When I chose the Sheridan, I evaluated four other communities. The Sheridan was by far the best value out of the communities that I evaulated. I am more than 100% pleased with The Sheridan and the care that the residents receive here. I do not believe you could go anywhere else and find better.

The director gave me her number and was very accessible. Anytime I had a question, I would send her a message or a text and she would handle it. During the storm last year, I had a lot of questions and she answered them. I had a lot of good experiences with the billing staff as well. My mom doesn't participate too much, but they do their most to encourage her to participate. In regards to the maintenance of the building, everything looks new. When I need help the nurses are pretty quick to respond to any of my concerns or come talk to me when I need to talk to them. The value is good. We are more than happy with everything we get. She is definitely safe, and that makes me happy.

The care givers take good care of my parents. The care is good. I like it. I think the housekeeping and laundry is fine. The room is clean.

Everyone has been exceptionally kind to my father. Any requests I have, are met immediately. It is clean. My father is happy and I am too. Housekeeping is good. They are timely and complete the tasks on a routine. The care services are the reason my father is comfortable there. They are kind and quick to help. Just excellent. I already have recommended it.

The management has always been professional and they usually can resolve most things very quickly. They have always been very available. Tamara the activities director always seemed to go out of her way to make sure there was a variety of things to do. My mother's always look very nice. I think they clean her room on Tuesday and any time I have ever been in there it looks good. The care givers are very professional and very compassionate. They let me know if Mother needs supplies. They are most excellent.

I like the management, and they seem to be doing their best with what they have. The staff is always trying to do their best with the activities, and they are wonderful. Housekeeping comes and does a good job, and the laundry and maintenance are good. The building is upkept and great. My mother loves the drivers and says they are really kind. The caregivers call me immediately if something happens with her, which is great. The residents here get a lot for their money. I love the community and the people that work here.

From what I've seen, they have a fair number of activities. The housekeeping has gone on like it is supposed to, and his room looks decent. The care staff has been proactive when he has had an issue. They have called me to make sure I am aware. The transportation services are there when he needs it.
