The Sheridan at Cooper City

Management has been very good and their communication is very good. They kept us up to date with the hurricane situation. The caregivers take very good care of her. They all know her name and call me if there are any issues. They provide more activities than my mom is able to do. Everything here seems to always be clean and she always has clean clothes and the building is clean and well kept.

Everybody in management is receptive and they know everybody. They know my mom's quirks and dislikes and do what they can to make everyone feel comfortable. She says she likes the activities, housekeeping takes care of the cleaning and the building is in good shape. She is happy here which is why we continue to leave her here.

The management team is pretty good. They try to be responsive to my concerns or comments. The place is clean, and I feel the staff is pretty caring. The accommodations are good. As far as other places I have looked at, I feel it is very clean. Overall, I fell they do a pretty good job. I would definitely recommend it.

My parents safe, and they love it. They're comfortable and have only been there seven months so far. It's a beautiful building, and they like their two bedroom apartment. Housekeeping is excellent and all their work orders have been done by maintenance. The food is good and the wait staff provides excellent service/ There’s lots of activities going on. Management is excellent. They are always approachable and they always get back to you. I would say the value is excellent.

The maintenance team takes care of things quickly. I like the activities just fine. I've been to another place, and this one was better than the one I was in. I like my apartment. Everything is good.

Mom is safe there, the care givers just go above and beyond. The activities are consistently well planned. She is very satisfied with the food and the severs are very good in the dining room. Management is always accessible and very respectful. I think the care is great and the community is beautiful.

The grounds are immaculate and inside the building is clean, odor-free, and looks great. Housekeeping keeps her room immaculate as well. Mom is getting more activities and stimulation than she did at home, it's excellent. The Nursing Director, Executive Director, front desk, finance, marketing, they’ve all been excellent. They gave me their numbers, call me, and respond to my calls and are all friendly, professional, and very happy. Cleanliness, care, the activities are leaps and bounds above. It's in a nice, secluded area off the road, security checks me in, and Memory Care requires a magnetic card. They provide excellent care and stimulation, the environment is safe and they are attentive. They treat the patients in Memory Care with kindness and care, they tailor experiences to each resident.

The management staff are attentive to our needs. The ladies in the activities department are always trying to think of new things to do for the residents. The care staff ladies that are on his floor are very good.

The price is competive for sure and they offer a lot of services. Everyone is very sweet, kind and helpful. My grandfather seems satisfied with the dining and the two main choices. There are plenty of activities offered, transportation is always available for him and the nursing staff is wonderful. He feels safe and he is satisfied here so I think we are doing good.

Stacey, Evalise and another woman all went above and beyond to help us with my mom. My mom absolutely loved the food. The staff that takes care of the elderly there they were brilliant. The staff treated individual people as if they were royalty. They were so kind, so respectful, so helping and so loving. She loved the music that was brought in. I sat through some of the sessions with her and it was wonderful. Bingo was a favorite. They kept my mom's room nice and clean. Anytime I came to see her her room was kept immaculate. The care givers knew exactly who she was. They were extremely loving and caring to her. Went out of their way to stop and say hi to her and give her a hug. It was quite lovely.
