The Sheridan at Cooper City

Everyone is pleasant. The management always answer my calls. If I leave a message they call me back immediately. The staff is pretty good over there. The housekeeping seems to be really good. The room is always clean and you can tell that they vacuum every day. The maintenance staff are top of it. The place is still new. The healthcare staff is pretty good. The administrative staff is amazing. They have always been very good and attentive. Anything we have needed they have addressed. Everyone does their job and does it well.

My mother lives at The Sheridan and I would say the price is about standard. The management team is very attentive when I talk to them. I have no complaints with the food. The laundry appear to be fine as well.

My father has been at The Sheridan of Cooper City for 2 years now and I really do think that they do their best to make sure that everyone is taken care of and that residents' needs are met. Management responds quickly and they're always very warm, so I have had a good experience with them. Maintenance is amazing because the building itself is always immaculate, the dining room is always very clean and if you call them, they come up right away. As far as activities, I do see the board when I visit him and I think they're great. They have a lot of activities there and they do a lot outside of the community, so I think they have a lot to offer. With the transportation, it has been fantastic and the driver is very nice, so overall I am pleased with the community and all the services that are offered to my father.

It has now been almost two years since my sister moved in. The outside looks good and the building looks in good shape. It is all still clean and new looking. When she first moved in the maintenance staff helped her hang some pictures up. The staff with the care team are good about checking in on her when she doesn't show up for meals. The value is that you are paying for what you get here.

The facility is great and brand new, so that says a lot and we did get a good price, we were happy with the place. My mom really enjoyed the scheduling and activities, that was very good. In terms of care, we had a couple of issues and the help was very good. She had to go to the hospital a few times when she fell and they were very on top of that.

The building is beautiful at The Sheridan at Cooper City. My sister and I feel that the contact we've had with management has been very good, they're always able to answer any questions we have. The dining room has a good menu variety and they also have daily choices. They have a great variety in activities to choose from. They have cards, games, happy hours, movie nights, outtings, there is something planned there every single day. The healthcare is also excellent. From my opinion, things are great and my sister and I love this community for our parents.

I am very glad that mom is able to afford to live here. The services they offer are really good. She really enjoys the breakfast and lunch they serve. They offer great activities for her to particpate in and the care she receives from the staff is very good. They are very attentive to her and they even lay her clothes out for her in the evening before bed. They are very considerate and I think they take good care of her.

My mom has lived in the community a little over a year. I think the food from the dining department is palatable and tasty. The staff does a pretty good job of keeping up with what the residents need. The activities department does a great job of stimulating the residents in the way they need to be stimulated. I think they are innovative and creative. I have also been satisfied with the care department, they have been adequate.

We checked out 6-8 other places and they all seemed to cost within a similar range but this community was the nicest that we found and it was not the most expensive. It is a really good value. Management has been great. They are very responsive and are great trouble shooters. They are very caring and client centered. They have been wonderful. The food has been really excellent. They have nutritious food and the service is excellent. They are very friendly and accommodating. This community seems to have a lot of fun and varied activities. She is not up to participating a whole lot but what they offer is nice. They have outings too. Housekeeping seems to do a good job and maintenance is very helpful. They are willing to do what is needed. The building is very beautiful. The care has been excellent. They are so caring and on top of things. They have been wonderful. They do the two hour checks and always seem to be around and available when needed. We have been evry happy with this community, they've been great.

The managment team has been very helpful with the transition of moving my grandfather to the community. With me being remote, they made it extremely easy for me. I really appreciate the effort because it is a hard time for us as a family and they have made it so much easier. The care staff are making sure he gets his medicine and the transportation department takes him where he need to go. The community is very clean and even his doctor says this is an awesome place. Everyone we have had contact with has been absolutely wonderful.
