Management always seems to be organized and have it all together. If you need anything, they are there to help you. The food is good, and the dining service is very good. The activities are good, and there is certainly enough available. The maintenance is good. I called the other day, and they were up here within 45 minutes. The transportation service is also very good. I am blind and depend on it, and it has been consistent. I looked at other places, and they are all about the same price, so I think I am getting the market price.

The management is there for you, and they are always willing to help out. The activities are very good. They offer you a lot. If you want to do something, it is there for you to do it. The girls that take care of the housekeeping are very good, and the maintenance staff also does a good job. If I need anything, they come to help me right away. The building is kept superb. I always recommend it. Everything is good. There are no complaints. I have had no problems. I am happy to be here. I am very comfortable.

I think it is a wonderful place for my mother in law to be living at, and she is very fortunate that she got an apartment there. The building is in great condition. They keep it really clean and kept up, and it is really nice. There are a lot of activities. I think they are varied, and there seems to be a full schedule. The residents always seem to have something to do. They have very good meals and have a good menu, and everybody from the kitchen to the wait staff are super friendly. I would definitely recommend it. The management team is friendly, helpful, accessible, and responsive.

Overall we are comfortable here. When I'm gone, my wife feels comfortable and safe. The staff is pleasant and helps us the best they can

The care is very high quality and I have never not seen them arrive in a timely manner when called. The building is very well kept and if I have a request, it's usually acted upon within 24 hours. I am happy with the laundry services and they come around in a routine manner. There is a lot going on activity-wise that sometimes I wonder how they come up with all of the ideas. There are also a couple of part time gals that come in to do arts & crafts and they're just delightful women. The food is always good and they do a best job they can with the dining service. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Overall, they're well cared for and the community works with you. I have already recommended it on many occasions with two people being there because of conversations that I've had.

In regards to the activities, there are lectures once a month. There are art classes, there is physical therapy, and there have been little event parties that she has enjoyed. The upkeep of the building looks very good. On move in, we had a lot of help, which was great. My mother in law has used the transportation three or four times, and I think it is good. They come and they take her and they help her get into the place. The care givers seem pleasant, and they seem to know my mother in law.

My experience with management was with Kevin in the sales office, and he was very good. I found them to be very upfront and very clear with everything we need. Every time we have gone to the dining room, the tables clothes are neat, and they are clean. The silverware is sparkling and the food is wonderful. The activities for my aunt have been life saving. She put on costumes for the October Fest, she participated in the day program, and she does the chair exercises. The activities are just wonderful. The care givers do her laundry. The housekeepers work very well with the care givers. It is a small enough facility that, once everyone gets to know each other, everyone is willing to pitch in and help when they can. The apartment is very well kept up. My aunt spends a lot of time out back in the summer and the fall,. There are beautiful flowers. That has been such a positive thing for her to be able to go out and sit and enjoy. It is always immaculate out there. Everything has been positive. I couldn't be more satisfied. I talk about it all the time. They have a really good model. If you can afford it, it stands above everything that is out there. I think it is a great team over there, and there is great communication. Everything is really well handled from the minute you walk in. There is a level of professionalism and competence.

She is very comfortable and has a two bedroom that works well for her. She does feel safe. She never expresses any concern, and that is peace of mind for us as well. My mother has been so positive, supportive, and appreciative of the management. She really enjoys the activities. She finds things that are of interest to her. She finds a good balance between the physical and extra curricular type activities. The houskeeping is prompt, thorough and courteous. She has never had any issues with cleanliness at all.

Everybody in management seems to know what their job is, and they do it. My mom seems to be enjoying the food. I ate there once, and it was delicious. Every time I'm there, it smells like a good restaurant. They offer a lot of activities, and they get her involved. They're doing what they promised, and I appreciate that. Everything seems to be running very smoothly right now. The care staff is on time with her pills. The building is clean and clutter free. Her apartment smells clean, she smells clean, and her clothes smell clean.

Everyone in management was so accommodating and helpful. The care was good. The caregivers were super hands on. They really wanted to help and were really accommodating. They were always willing to meet with me and figure out how to help.The food was great. Housekeeping was absolutely fabulous, and maintenance was great. I felt like the price was fair. We had a great experience here. My dad really liked it here.
