The Sheridan at Green Oaks

The management team has been very nice. The transportation service is flexible and available when I need it. The maintenance staff come right away, and they also do a very good job. The housekeepers come once every two weeks, and our lady is very nice. My husband and I received an activity calendar. Every time I go down, they're usually good with whoever is running the activities. The food is excellent and the dining service staff is friendly. All in all, it's been wonderful. The price is fine, the apartment is great, and we love it. We both feel safe and comfortable at this community.

Things seem to be going well here for my wife and I. The top managers are very personable and responsive. The meals are good, and there's a great variety, so what more could you ask for? The activities are good too, and there are plenty of them for everybody. Housekeeping does a great job, and it's nice to always come back to a clean room. Maintenance always responds to our needs. We feel it's a good value.

Everybody is very sweet and kind over there. Alan is just wonderful. The food is well balanced.

The management staff are extemely friendly, very accommodating, well organized and always willing to help. The activities that we have are good. They clean the house and do a good job, are thorough and here on time. The general maintenance of the building is fine. It is always clean and well maintained.

Management is excellent and they have been been great in answering my questions and getting back to me. I think the activities are varied and they offer something for everybody. I was here last week and her apartment looked perfect. The caregivers seem great. I think the value is excellent, I am quite pleased right now and so far it has met all my mother's needs.

My parents have been at the community for a year and they're happy with the price. Management is respectful to the residents and they have been participating in various things, like chair yoga and men's club. Housekeeping comes every other week, work orders are handled fine and they seem to like the food, so they feel comfortable and safe there.

From what I can tell I think they have been doing very good. It has to be difficult dealing with the elderly people but whenever I visit everyone is very upbeat and they send out emails periodically to keep us up to date on what is going on. In regards to the activities, it seems like there is always something interesting. The housekeeping is very good and the maintenance staff is very good and very responsive.

The management team is fine. Leslie is always responsive, we're very pleased with her. Donald and Freddy, the NPs, they are fantastic. They are on the spot and they do things that you ask of them, Mary is also very good. IMaintenance does a beautiful job in the building. Overall, it's a great place, it's clean and for the most part we're very pleased.

Management has been doing really well. My dad is a little more picky but my mom seems to be pretty happy with the food. When I look at the activities calendar it appears that they have some good activities for the residents. Compared to other places that I've looked at it's a much better deal there, the pricing is good.

The thing I liked the most was that they had the option for two beds. They had two bathroom and two bedroom apartments, which I couldn't find anywhere else. The management will assist with any issues I might have. The food is good, the building is clean and well-maintained, and there are opportunities for my parents to participate in entertaining activities. Overall, I really like it here, and my parents feel safe and comfortable.
