The Sheridan at Green Oaks

I feel like my cousin is safe and comfortable there. She is happy. All the concerns we have had have been addressed by management quickly. My cousin seems to be relatively pleased with the dining and every time I visit, her apartment seems fine. This community always looks very clean to me and the trasnportation is good.

There's friendly people living at The Sheridan, mom has made friends there. Mom is so pleased and has participated in a variety of activities. I feel they are geared towards her age and health. They also plan many outings, they seem to be nicely selected, scheduled well, and planned well. Mom's been very pleased. I know she uses the transportation service when it's part of scheduled outings, to plays or restaurants. She's been very satisfied with the vehicle they provide. There's variety in the food choices in the dining room, mom says she can always find something she's happy with. She has said the managers are very responsive and attentive to the requests from residents. They solicit feedback on changes. Housekeeping arrives right on schedule. I know they come promptly, and she is satisfied with the quality of cleaning. The maintenance team is quick to respond to repair requests. She's had a couple of repairs, and she always comments they come quickly, are polite, and get the job done. The building is immaculate and everything seems to be in good working order. It's a very welcoming feeling when you come in because it is very clean and things seem to be in good repair. Mom feels safe at The Sheridan. The value is great, she's happy with what she is getting and she is very satisfied.

Management seems very good. My mom is generally happy with the food in the dining room. Transportation has been very good and accessible. Everything seems to be clean in the building and in my mom's room. When the activities happen, my mom is happy and they seem well organized and well supervised.

I fell in love with the Sheridan while my dad was there. The food selection was wonderful. The activities I thought were quite exquisite. I thought they had a really nice variety of things. The maintainence were there immediately and took care of the situation. Transportation was used to get my dad to dialysis which was fifteen miles away and when it was done it was done well. Not only would I recommend them I second guess myself having my dad to leave. If I get to the point and had to return to put my father in a safe place I would not hesitate to take him back.

The staff was all very nice. They tried to make people feel at home which is very important. I enjoyed participating in the activities. I think maintenance was good. The building was beautiful. The cleaning service is excellent. They change the bed, wash the sheets. The cleaning was one of the highlights.

We recently moved into The Sheridan at Green Oaks and I think for what you pay, it's worth it. The management is excellent and they can't do more, there is something for everybody in the dining hall and the laundry is done very well with things folded very nicely, so the help is superb. Regarding the care services provided, I can't ask for more and they're doing all they can, the young people are just fantastic. Overall, it's been a good experience and I think the people here should appreciate every moment they're here because both the inside and outside of the community look delightful.

We chose the community because of the location, its newness, and the quality for the money, the value; they seemed to offer an extremely good product for the amount of money. The move in went wonderfully, better than expected. From the welcoming to mom and dad, all the little touches the folks at the Sheridan did, they made sure mom and dad went to the first parties, it's been ideal, I can't say enough good things. The Sales and Marketing Director and the Move In Coordinator, went over and above what I would have expected from anybody, also Dan, the Head of Maintenance, and Patrick have been very responsive and responsible. Just in the short time they've been there, there's been an October Fest party, a Kentucky Derby party, and a masquerade and I saw pictures from two, I actually was at one. I saw the way the staff interacted with the clients which was really sweet. For what mom and dad are getting, the quality of the facility, the quality of the people, it's definitely a super value. I feel very content that they are safe and well taken care of, that means a lot because I live 2,000 miles away.

We are very much satisfied here. Whenever my wife and I have a little problem, as soon as they can, maintenance gets on it. They just planted a whole bunch of new grass outside our window. Housekeeping is very good, and management is very generous, very concerned about your concerns, so they're always willing to give you their ear. They keep us very busy with activities. Anything my wife and I would want to do, we can do it. Food quality and everything is fine, and service from the waiters and waitresses is excellent, excellent, a wonderful crew. Best buck I ever spent.

Drew the director, does an excellent job. He participates in activities and is always available. The management staff is excellent and I think the leadership is fine. Everyone is very accommodating and very helpful. The housekeeping has been excellent and the building grounds have been good. I'm very satisfied living at The Sheridan.

The apartment that my husband is in has a great layout for someone that needs to use a walker. All the staff here is super friendly and helpful. From Gwen at the front desk to Sherry the nurse, everyone is always willing to do what is asked of them.
