The Sheridan at Hobe Sound

I know there are two aides there that 100% keep me informed. If I call and can't be there they will always answer me back. During this time, during the quarantine, when I can't go in they Facetime with me for her on their personal phones. They have been fantastic. They have been really wonderful to Jeanne and I appreciate them a lot. She is happy there and absolutely loves the aides there. They are very caring and I think they do a really good job.

They take care of him. The sales staff, Lori especially, has been wonderful. She always says hi to my dad and goes up to see him. She's great. Connie is doing a wonderful job…She always has them doing something to keep them interested. They're all wonderful. They treat my dad with dignity. I think it's wonderful. I would even move in there when I get older. This is an all inclusive resort.

The management is attentive to needs. I am satisfied with the accommodations provided. They have enough healthcare staff, and the response time to the button is more than adequate. Transportation has been used, and it's very accommodating for my mother's needs. Housekeeping services come in a routine manner, and the building appears to be maintained, inside and out. There are enough outings as well as in house activities. The dining service is satisfactory and there is a variety on the menu. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable, and it allows me to sleep at night.

The community is affordable, and they're doing a fantastic job with my father in law. The healthcare staff are all good. They have their own personalities. They get him to smile instantly and treat him very good. Anything I have asked the maintenance staff to do was taken care of immediately, and the building is beautiful. The housekeeping is fine, and the activities are fantastic. Since they first opened, we've seen the activities evolve with participation increasing over the years, and the staff puts in a lot of effort. The residents are content with the food, and the menu variety is good. Management is good at responding and they're super respectful. They don't seem stressed. They're all calm, cool, and collected, which is comforting. Overall, he feels safe and the value is there, so I tell anyone I meet that they have to visit the community.

My mother feels safe and comfortable at the community. Management seems very nice, capable, certainly communicative, and on the same wavelength as us. The apartment itself is lovely, and whenever there is an issue and my mom needs something done in the room, someone is always there to do it. Transportation services have been good, and their vehicles are brand new. They are constantly doing something with activities, and I think the activity director does a wonderful job. My mother isn't easy, so getting her to do anything is amazing and she has been participating, which really makes me happy. The food quality is good, and we've had two brunches there so far that were lovely. All in all, I recommend the place all the time.

I think the value is comparable to everywhere else. The space is great and plenty big enough. I think they do above and beyond as far as activities. They keep them busy and try different things. That has been impressive. This weekend they went to see a Christmas ballet. They keep her sheets changed and the room looks nice and neat.

My father is over the moon happy here. This is the best place he has ever lived, and it was the best move that I made on his behalf. I think the price is fair because it is cheaper than his previous place.. From the top down, everyone has been wonderful. The staff is attentive. They call me when needed. They keep me in the loop. I am beyond happy, and it is wonderful to see him happy.

The food always looks good. They are always doing things with my mother in activities. The building is brand new and very nice. I have absolutely no concerns with the care they give my mother. I think it is very good for the money.

I chose that place because I thought it was a class operation. Every time I've visited, her room looks fine. They seem to be doing a reasonably nice job. My wife seems happy. Every time I go in, I look at the activities schedule sheet, and there seems to be a number of things. I'm very surprised that they took them out to lunch or went on a boat ride, which I think is marvelous. From what I've seen, there seems to be a number of things that they do. The dining is quite nice. The meals are very palatable. The management seems to be very amiable, and they give me as much information as they have. I think I'm getting the biggest bang for my buck.

We are very happy here, and it is very comfortable. Our apartment is great. We have a corner apartment and have beautiful views from each window. I am very fond of it. The general manager is available to talk to for anybody with concerns, and he runs a very good monthly meeting where he lets us know what is going on. He really tries to follow through on the suggestions that are made. The staff that he has chosen are wonderful and very caring. They are very respectful, friendly, and easy to talk to. The food is good, the portions are sensible, and they are mostly served in a timely fashion. The maintenance is very good. Te building is brand new and in really good shape. The care is pretty good here. I think anybody would be pleased to live here.
