The Sheridan at Laumeier Park

Management is attentive and the care is satisfactory. I am very happy to see that they constantly have activities lined up because it's essential.

It's a nice area, they get good food, three square meals a day, and the staff are absolutely great. They have a great variety of activities and I know she goes on every outing possible. The way they treat her and the others, they are so caring. I can sleep at night knowing she's there. When I need to talk to somebody I can always find someone. I think all the staff are great.

My aunts apartment is always clean, and maintenance has been helpful. They have a lot of different activities and I know they go on trips, have plenty in-house things to do. My aunt loves to eat in the dining room and the servers are very nice to her, she eats well.

My mother just recently moved into the community, and because of the kind staff and beautiful property, she has adapted really well. Also, the dining and housekeeping services are excellent!

He seems real happy with the dining. I have eaten a meal or two with Dad there and it has been good. Things are well made and tasty. They try to keep the residents happy and tend to their needs. He seems to be involved with various activities. He is going on the little day trips and things. The care staff go out of their way to make sure he keeps taking his meds and things like that.

The people there treat you like family and it makes it a lot easier on you. The staff has been very good to us when we go in. The building is well maintained and I don't see anything lacking in the community. The care staff seems to really take care of her. They have taken her under their wings.

They have an awful lot of activities and I think they're very good, they did etching and ceramic painting and different things, to me it's exceptional. The girl at the front desk Melanie is absolutely phenomenal, she just goes out of her way to help, she is very dependable and has been a great help.

They do a very nice job, there's a wide variety of activities, they're varied every day. I get a calendar emailed to me every week if I want to go there and do something with her. The healthcare staff has been very communicative whenever there are issues.

I like the apartment, it's worked out well for my father. There's always something going on, Happy Hour, they do a good job with the activities. I think the caregivers have been trying harder over the last several months so I think they upped their game a little bit which is good.

I am very pleased with the Director of the memory care floor Megan. Mom has a large room with a bed and two rocking chairs in there and something to hold her clothes in. There is adequate room for my mom. The staff in the dining room is attentive to the residents and the cook does really good. The food is really good at the special functions. They do a good job with maintenance. If anything breaks they want to get on it. The transportation group does a good job of getting you to your appointment on time and picked up on time. The care staff are very good about calling if mom has taken a fall or if they think she needs to go to the emergency room. They try to get her medicine right. It is a good facility overall, yes it has some things that needs to improve in my opinion. I think they try, I don't think they are being neglectful or anything like that.
