The care and nursing staff are on top of things. They are great. The contact us with any issues. The maintenance was fantastic when we moved our mother in and the laundry service is good. There is a good variety of activities and the food is good. There is a set menu with options and the service is great. They know all of the residents there and they are well taken care of. Management is also responsive. Overall, we like the staff and they are doing a great job!

They have been very good with her. All the aides have been really good with my mom. The nurses are very caring and gentle and kind. They also have plenty of activities to do, and they take nice care of the building.

Overall, the care staff has been very good. The nursing has been great. The CNAs have been excellent. The building was brand new, and they're been able to maintain that pretty well. The housekeeping services are pretty decent. I really don't have an issue. I would say the dining is very good. I really have been very pleased. We really love the facility.

I'm impressed with the kindness and care my parents have been given. It gives me a peace of mind when I have to leave them. All of our maintenance requests have been finished within a day. The apartment is clean, and the laundry is done every week. They have a huge variety of activities, and the evens we have attended were great. The activities director was welcoming and interviewed my parents to ask what they're interested in doing. The dining hall has been accommodating. The management has been very helpful and accommodating to us.

We are very pleased with everything so far. I fell like everybody has been very friendly. The care staff has introduced themselves. They have been attentive to all of our needs. When my father first moved in, the maintenance team was very accommodating with the move. That was amazing. Everything is pretty neat and clean. I feel like the housekeeping has been very good too. I have seen the activities calendar, and there are different things that are offered. They seem to make a concerted effort to get people together and gather them around. I think people are able to be as busy as they want to be. The presentation of the food is great. The food looks appealing. They offer two different choices, which is nice. I think the servers are very attentive. The management team is great. They are good about emailing or calling to answer any of our questions or address any of our concerns. It is a lovely place. All of my dad's needs are being met. He's being cared for. It's defintely exceded our expectations. We really have no complaints.

The staff is fabulous. The caregivers are very good. They're very respectful. If they're not knowledgeable, they go and check and ask and get back to me. We have no problems with the maintenance. It's a brand new building, and they keep it up very nice. I love it. When you walk in, it's very cheerful. I think they do enough for activities and they keep them engaged. The dining service is pretty good. The apartment is very nice.

Management are very responsive. There is enough staff, and they are accessible and responsive when needed. The building and grounds seem to be well maintained. She seems to really like the activities. There is all kinds of different things to do. I am just very pleased with the overall experience.

They are always willing to help, accommodate and listen to what you need. They have a lot of activities going on. Whenever I've had anything that needed to be fixed or adjusted the maintenance staff came in and did it right away.

Everything for the move in was done very professionally. My questions were answered right away by management, and I never felt like there was a question that I couldn't ask. I was very unfamilar with this process, but everyone was very understanding, professional, and caring. My dad is very happy with the food. Everything is fine with housekeeping, and the building is very nice. It looks like a very nice hotel when you walk into the lobby. It is very upscale and sharp. The caregivers have gone above and beyond. The patience they have had for him has been really wonderful. My dad can be loud since he was a former cop, and I didn't want him stressing or disturbing other people. They have been amazing at distracting him and coming up with solutions. They have called me to brainstorm things. It is a partnership, and over the last week, he has calmed down a lot. It is really working. I checked out ten communities, and this community was at the top of my list. There are places that cost less money, but I am not sure if the quality of care is as high.

It is a high end senior living facility. It is the best possible situation to have everything at the same place. Management staff are responsive. I can text the director directly if I need anything for my Dad. I've met with the chef. He gets to know the residents and is good at his job. It is overall easy to eat and there is nothing too spicy. I think there is enough variety. When he moved in maintenance helped him put his TV up, hung his pictures on the wall, and have even helped him with his computer. The head nurse, Bridgette, is great. She has been very communicative. When I bring something to her she is always interested in getting to the bottom of it instead of thinking it was something else to do. The nurses on the floor know my dad. They know his routine and when he needs to take which meds.
